Natalie , appreciate you joining us today. Can you recount a story of an unexpected problem you’ve faced along the way?

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I met my husband when I applied for a job at Victoria’s in Green Bay while a college student. He was the owner with his brother.
We married two yers later. While my dad was visiting a friend who had recently moved to Rochester
he golfed with a gentleman who owned the building our first location was in. After negotiating for a few months a lease was signed. That was June 1997.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
I met my business partner at the Tap House when our kids attended grade school together. We bonded fast and became not only business partners but lifelong friends.

Have you ever had to pivot?
Covid – we are still pivoting. Things have rapidly changed in the food scene,
