We were lucky to catch up with Sharonda Harden recently and have shared our conversation below.
Sharonda , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
The idea for my business, Saved Now What Movement, wasn’t something I sat down and strategically mapped out at first—it was something I lived through.
I remember being in a season where I had encountered God in a real, undeniable way. I wasn’t the same person anymore… my mindset had shifted, my desires were changing, and my heart was being pulled toward purpose. But in the middle of that transformation, there was one overwhelming question I couldn’t shake:
“Okay… I’m saved… now what?”
And the truth is, I wasn’t the only one asking that. So was one of my sisters in Christ. So she came up with the name Saved Now What Podcast. But I then later turned it into a movement.
I started noticing a pattern—people were having real encounters with God, giving their lives to Christ, rededicating themselves… but after that moment, they were left trying to figure out how to actually live this new life. There was a gap between salvation and discipleship, between the altar and everyday life. People didn’t need another emotional moment—they needed guidance, structure, and community to sustain their transformation.
That realization didn’t just hit me intellectually—it hit me emotionally. I felt the frustration, the confusion, even the isolation that can come after such a powerful spiritual decision. And I knew if I was feeling it, others were too.
That’s where the vision for Saved Now What Movement was born.
I didn’t see it as just an organization—I saw it as a bridge.
A bridge for the person who just said “yes” to God but doesn’t know how to walk it out.
A bridge for the one who feels called but lacks clarity.
A bridge between spiritual awakening and practical application.
What made this feel like a worthwhile endeavor wasn’t just passion—it was evidence. I had lived the problem, and I could see it all around me. Churches were great at introducing people to God, but many weren’t equipped to walk people through the process of transformation in a structured, relatable way for this generation.
The logic became clear:
• There is a real and recurring need.
• People are actively searching for answers after salvation.
• There is a gap in consistent, practical discipleship.
• And I had both the experience and the calling to help fill that gap.
What excited me the most was the opportunity to do it differently—to create something that speaks the language of today’s generation while still being rooted in truth. Not just teaching people what to believe, but helping them understand how to live it.
Saved Now What Movement is unique because it doesn’t stop at inspiration—it focuses on transformation. It creates spaces, resources, and experiences that help people move from confusion to clarity, from calling to action, and from faith to lifestyle.
This wasn’t just a good idea to me—it felt like an assignment.
And once I understood that, there was no turning back.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
For those who may not be familiar with me, my name is Sharonda Harden, and I am the founder of Saved Now What Movement—a faith-based organization dedicated to helping individuals navigate life after saying “yes” to God. And helping women not just survive seasons, but support them through it.
My journey into this work didn’t start as a business plan—it started as a personal transformation. I had a real encounter with God that shifted everything about how I saw myself, my purpose, and my future. But after that moment, I found myself in unfamiliar territory. I knew I was called to more, but I didn’t fully understand how to walk it out. There was no clear roadmap, no step-by-step guidance for what came next.
That experience is what led me into this space. I realized that so many people were having powerful spiritual moments, but were left without the tools, structure, or support to sustain real transformation. That gap between salvation and discipleship became the foundation for everything I do.
Through Saved Now What Movement, I provide a variety of services and experiences designed to help people grow in clarity, purpose, and spiritual maturity. This includes conferences, workshops, faith-based counseling sessions, mentorship, and practical teaching that connects biblical principles to everyday life. Everything we offer is centered around one goal: helping people move from being inspired to being transformed.
The core problem I solve is confusion after commitment. Many people are willing to surrender their lives to God, but struggle with questions like: “What does this look like in my daily life?” “How do I grow?” “How do I hear God clearly?” “How do I become who I’ve been called to be?” I help answer those questions in a way that is both spiritually grounded and practically applicable.
What sets me apart is my approach. I don’t just speak from knowledge—I speak from lived experience. I understand the emotions, the uncertainty, and even the frustration that can come with this journey. Because of that, my work is not just about teaching—it’s about walking alongside people as they grow. I focus on making faith relatable, actionable, and sustainable for this generation.
I am most proud of the impact—seeing lives shift, mindsets change, and people step confidently into their purpose. Whether it’s through a conference, a one-on-one session, or a simple message, knowing that someone moved from feeling lost to having clarity is what drives me.
I want people to know that my brand is built on authenticity, obedience, and transformation. This is not about perfection—it’s about progress. It’s about creating a safe space where people can grow, ask questions, and truly become who God has called them to be.
Saved Now What Movement isn’t just something I created—it’s something I carry. And my mission is to help others walk boldly in their own God-given purpose with clarity, confidence, and direction.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Building my audience on social media didn’t start with a large platform or a big following—it started with consistency, obedience, and creativity.
In the beginning, I didn’t overthink it. I simply started where I was with what I had. I began creating flyers—simple but intentional—and posting them in different Facebook groups. I wasn’t waiting for people to find me, I went where the people already were. I shared messages, invited people to gatherings, and made sure everything I posted had a clear purpose behind it.
From there, I started hosting monthly meetups. These weren’t huge at first, but they were meaningful. Each one became an opportunity to connect, pour into people, and build real relationships. What I noticed was that when people experience something genuine, they talk about it. Word of mouth became one of the strongest ways my audience began to grow.
At the same time, I was intentional about creating my own community. Saved Now What Movement became more than just posts—it became a space where people felt seen, understood, and guided. I wasn’t just trying to gain followers, I was building something people could belong to.
One of the biggest things I recognize now is that God gave me the ideas. The creativity, the strategy, even the boldness to show up consistently—it all came from Him. There were times I didn’t know exactly what would work, but I moved forward with the vision He gave me, and step by step, it began to grow.
For anyone just starting to build their social media presence, my advice is this:
Start before you feel ready. You don’t need everything to be perfect to begin.
Be consistent. Even when it feels like no one is watching, keep showing up.
Go where your audience is. Don’t be afraid to share your message in spaces that already exist.
Create real connections. Engagement is more powerful than numbers.
Build community, not just content. People stay where they feel connected.
Trust your vision. What God gave you is enough to start—and He will grow it.
Most importantly, don’t measure your success only by followers. Measure it by impact. If one person is changed, encouraged, or brought closer to purpose because you showed up—that matters.
I didn’t build my audience overnight. I built it through obedience, one post, one flyer, one meetup at a time.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
One story that really captures my resilience is the journey leading up to the birth of Saved Now What Movement.
At the beginning of 2025, I was already trying to build something—I was hosting meetups at Golden Corral under the name “BibleBabes.” I had the passion, the discipline, and the vision to bring women together, and I worked hard to make it happen. I was creating flyers, promoting consistently, showing up, and pouring into every single meetup.
But despite all of that effort, I struggled to retain members.
People would come, but they wouldn’t always stay. And if I’m being honest, that discouraged me more than anything. I had put so much time, energy, and heart into building something, and after about three months, it felt like I had little to show for it. I found myself focusing heavily on the numbers—how many showed up, how many returned—and it started to weigh on me. It made me question if what I was doing was even working.
That season tested me.
I could have easily stopped there and convinced myself that it just wasn’t meant to grow. But instead, I kept seeking God, even in my frustration.
Then one day, I went to a Bible study with a friend, and everything shifted. During that study, the pastor spoke a prophetic word over me that I will never forget. He said that God was telling me that community would grow wherever I decided to build it—and then he challenged me with a question that hit deep: “Why do you keep trying to do things the same way?”
That moment was both convicting and freeing.
It made me realize that I had been trying to force growth in a way that wasn’t aligned with the bigger vision God had for me. I was putting in the work, but I wasn’t fully walking in the strategy He wanted me to use.
So instead of giving up, I shifted.
And in September 2025, God gave me the vision for Saved Now What Movement.
This time, it was different. It wasn’t just about hosting meetups—it was about building a movement, creating structure, and truly focusing on transformation and community in a deeper way. I stopped chasing numbers and started focusing on impact, and that changed everything.
Looking back, that earlier season wasn’t a failure—it was preparation. It taught me resilience, patience, and how to trust God’s timing over my own expectations.
That experience showed me that resilience isn’t just about pushing through—it’s about being willing to pivot, to listen, and to grow when things aren’t working the way you expected.
And because I didn’t quit in that season, I’m now walking in something far greater than I originally imagined.
We have our first woman’s conference coming up May 23, 2026 in Fredericksburg VA. It’s called Delivered to Destiny, because it’s time to arrive at your destination!
