Sernesha, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea

I have always been a innovator-When I was 17 I created a list of my own creations titled “MY INVESTMENT IDEAS/MY FUTURE“

Then, covid happened so there was a delay getting started and one day it just clicked within me. I felt the urge run through my spirit that there would be no better time than now. LIFE WILL JUST PASS YOU ON BY IF YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO LET THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ON EARTH SLIP AWAY “Your Time“!. I took a leap of faith and bet on myself! I prayed about my purpose because I just knew working for others-building their dreams while they verbally abuse- and mentally drain me wasn’t my calling nor my destiny.

I just had enough and The Lord sat me down to write my book “YOU ARE THE GENERATIONAL CURSE BREAKER-ANALYZE,HEAL.PROJECT.

Which then prompt me to open my own business and take my destined seat as a CEO of G.C.B INNOVATIONS LLC. The G.C.B stands for Generational Curse Breakers and Innovations- of course I’m a innovator! I create pathways , guides , consciousness (clarity), wholeness, confidence and clearer eyes to see that their is a life after Generational trauma/trauma.

I went on to do extensive research hired a lawyer to do my legal documents for my business to make me legitimate. My lawyer submitted everything on my behalf for my LLC , copyright, contracts.. Etc.. Anything business related on the legal side-She handled it for me. @jamiliamoreesq

I released my book on my birthday Aug13,2025. There’s no looking back and I am exactly where I need to be. There is no cheat code to business because what works for others may not work for you! Many individuals feel being inauthentic is the best way to reach wealth. But, I strongly disagree because being authentic is the key. Provide a solution we all have problems .. Rather that’s beauty , fashion , spiritual , community , educational , self help…. Just believe in yourself and put your seatbelt on – IT’S GOING TO BE A BUMPY RIDE! JUST NEVER GIVE UP .. And yes it costs to be the boss.

May cost you to sacrifice some time , some habits , some funds , and it’ll all be for your greater good. Celebrate your successes no matter how big they are of course but stay focused..

Name: Sernesha Burston

Early Life: Born Into Brokenness

Sernesha Burston came into the world on a humid August morning in a neighborhood known more for survival than dreams. Raised in a small apartment with her mother, older sister, and no father in sight, Sernesha quickly learned that struggle was the family language. Her mother was a fighter, but trauma had her in a chokehold. Heartbreak and generational pain passed down like a worn-out heirloom. Sernesha grew up witnessing cycles she didn’t have the words for yet: broken relationships, silence after screams, poverty, emotional neglect, and shame disguised as strength.

The Awakening: “It Ends With Me”
Sernesha whispered to herself:
“This can’t be my story forever. This ends with me.”
That moment lit a fire. She didn’t know it yet, but that made her the Generational Curse Breaker!

Legacy: The Chain Breaker
Sernesha Burston is a speaker, author, and founder of a growing movement called “It Ends With Me,” a platform dedicated to helping others break cycles of generational trauma, silence, and scarcity.
She didn’t just heal herself! She lit a torch for everyone walking through the same darkness!

Enough was enough and I refused to allow my Generational Trauma passed down in my bloodline to be my identity. I help individuals break free from life long generational traumatic chains holding them back from
being their true selves- and from actually being free. I am a self published author , life coach , motivational speaker , and creator.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Being you – being relatable but not for “trends“ but through true authenticity. I know I say this a lot but it’s the major key . People always broadcast the gold but don’t show their copper stage. I’ve just created a new saying as I’m completing this interview . You all were able to experience my innovating creativity in real time.

People love to see you have “experience“ but do you know how to be consistent? Do you know how to show up on days when you really don’t want to?.

Don’t fake it until you make it because once you’re exposed for who you truly are-.You’ve lost everything you’ve built (your business , your reputation , your product, etc.(

. You are your brand/business so carry yourself as such. I stopped chasing the rooms/tables to be in… Then, I started creating them because for me I had to accept that I’m meant to be unordinary. Fitting in won’t build a successful business and you can not lead following the crowds.

Put your all into it , market yourself. Pass out business cards, host small events as you grow… Just never stop showing up and your community will find you.. Just put yourself out there.. Stay consistent with your presence- Social media is a huge advantage and a huge tool- so use it as such! If it’s meant for you it’ll be…

My book and company was innovated to change bloodlines. As much as , People want to deny that we are more than just flesh/blood and anything you’re building that is impactful.. That will tear down and reclaim your destiny/your bloodline . It will come with some spiritual attacks .

Many business owners stay away from these various topics but all of them have experienced some kind of spiritual attack- rather it was an righteous attack to protect others or a not so righteous attacks to discourage the owner on their journey.

When I was releasing my powerful solution writing in book form I was attacked spiritually . There were so many delays which prompt doubts in my mind and overthinking. As a believer of Jesus, I just knew that it is beyond what we can see. I was not going to give up because I knew how much it means to the world for my book/presence to be known. No matter what was thrown at me to knock me down . I won because I kept getting up .

I didn’t give up when things didn’t go exactly as I planned. I figured out a strategic plan to solve my problems and if I couldn’t solve I let the Lord. Everything worth having will not come without some kind of challenge or spiritual attack. It won’t come to easy so even if death is thrown at you in all seriousness… Never give up – write it down and pass it on for your bloodline to carryout the purpose!
