Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Wendy Paskow. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Wendy thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. The first dollar your firm earns is always special. We’d love to hear about how you got your first client that wasn’t a friend or family.
My first client actually came from simply putting myself out there, with relentless perseverance and the strategy of meeting others in feeder markets such as New York. I talked about the services I was offering, reached out to people who might need help, and stayed consistent. Eventually someone trusted me with their portfolio and that became my first client. From there, referrals and repeat work started to grow.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I practice a strong constitution of being resilient in everything I do. I see the curves in the road ahead, with a keen sense of premonitions and nuances in trends, I’m never terrified with change, which is usually for the good, or an obstacle that can’t be hurdled and achieved.
My attentiveness, punctuality, eloquence, Charm, personality sets me apart from others. Presently my Real Estate business is on the right path to my personal goal-settings, I’m connecting with the right people and have a strong nucleus of investors, landowners and developers that I’ve achieved to attain. I believe in the theory “work smarter not harder” I’ve done it both ways find the later of the two for me at this moment to be precisely that thought. Not everyone has it “easy, although some do, I believe in relationships, timing, definitely hard work, providing you have the right strategy, Fate plays an integral part in how you get there as well. For me it’s all the above. Nothing is easy, because I have an insatiable appetite for results, I’m extremely result driven and on occasion I can’t sit this one out for too long. I find my goals are bold and my results have in the past taken a longer period of time to evolve, but of lately that has changed for the better. I can’t tell your why? It’s just my time.
I believe in luck in certain cases, some people have it easier than others. My daily meditations have created more openness to expand my thinking, influences and high-quality network of people. As I’ve moved ahead in my lifetime I come to realize that “what I think, is what I am becoming.”. You can call this luck; I call it energy.
How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
When you start valuing your time at a higher level, it naturally forces you to reassess who you spend it with, what you work on, and where your energy goes. Many successful entrepreneurs reach that exact turning point.
A few things usually happen when someone makes the shift, Think long-term. Respect time and commitments
Bring ideas, solutions, or opportunities. Have a similar or higher level of business discipline
Toxic or negative people tend to drain focus and momentum, which is expensive when you’re trying to build something. Therefore, my association and relationships have dramatically changed from recent experiences as I grow and realize I need to be with healthy minded people.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Word of mouth has been one of the most powerful sources of my clients. While I’ve invested significantly in marketing, the ultra-luxury market is ultimately driven by relationships and trust. At this level, your network and the reputation you build within it are what truly shape your brand and consistently bring the right opportunities.
