We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Brandon Stewart a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Brandon, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with talking about how you serve the underserved, because in our view this is one of the most important things the small business community does for society – by serving those who the giant corporations ignore, small business helps create a more inclusive and just world for all of us.
In a industry that leans hard on the big and flashy jobs the everyday customer at times gets overlooked. We make sure every person every vehicle make and model is treated and serviced with the utmost respect and given the attention and time needed in every situation no matter how big or small the job
Brandon, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I Brandon Stewart feel like I was literally born in this industry. As long as I can remember I always had a love and passion for cars. Starting out at first definitely was tough for sure in a industry that is so saturated with many people doing similar things. I feel the thing we do different is going the extra mile for each and every person hence the name Next Level Automotive. It doesn’t matter if it’s insurance claims we work with on the regular paint and standard body work car wraps glass replacement and installation to even wheel and tire packages that we offer for all makes and models we do it all. We love more than anything to make sure that every person that comes in and reaches out to us leaves and feels better than before they came in.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I think the biggest thing in this industry is being personable and a person people can relate too. With so many people that offer services that are so similar most people shop or prefer to do business with people they feel they wouldn’t mine talking too over coffee or somebody that makes them feel comfortable. Therefore I feel it’s very important to show all sides of you to social media and in real life. Often times your working with people that are in stressful situations so the best thing is to be able to make somebody feel relaxed and at ease the best way possible
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best source of new leads and clients is actually being in the field and in as many places you can physically be. People like to be around people that are or at least feel relatable. So if it’s a local party or event it’s a good idea to show up and be seen and have conversation with people. It doesn’t necessarily have to be about your business but people often will ask you what is it that you do that’s why you always keep a card or some form of contact on you. It’s networking and connecting with people without forcing it down their throat.
