Natalie, appreciate you joining us today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?

Starting Heaven’s Healing wasn’t just about opening a business, it was about answering a calling. The vision formed through my personal journey of seeking support, spiritual grounding, and real healing, and I felt led to create a peaceful space where others could reset, reconnect, and be cared for holistically, mind, body, and spirit.

Once that vision became clear, I focused on turning purpose into something tangible. I studied holistic practices, researched natural ingredients, developed services, and learned the practical foundations of building a sustainable business. There were long nights, uncertainty, and moments when the outcome wasn’t guaranteed, but I kept moving forward step by step, slowly building trust within my community.

The defining shift came in September 2025, when I made the bold decision to leave my day job and fully leap in faith. That moment transformed Heaven’s Healing from an idea into a lived purpose. Today, it stands as a self-sustaining space for wellness, spiritual support, and real healing. Proof that when you honor the vision placed on your heart, belief and consistency can bring it to life.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Natalie Vargas, and I am the founder and spirit-led CEO of Heaven’s Healing. My path into holistic wellness grew from lived experience, faith, and a deep desire to help people feel supported, seen, and restored. What began as learning natural remedies, energy work, and spiritual grounding for myself gradually evolved into serving others and building a wellness space rooted in intention and compassion.

Today, Heaven’s Healing offers holistic services and intentionally crafted products designed to support the mind, body, and spirit. Our work includes life guidance, energy cleansing, herbal and tea blends, CBD wellness, aromatherapy, and natural healing remedies. Rather than only addressing symptoms, we focus on restoring balance, clarity, and emotional peace.

What truly sets us apart is the intention behind everything we do. Many people come to us during vulnerable or transitional moments, and we provide more than services—we offer presence, safety, and genuine care. I’m most proud of turning a vision placed on my heart into something that now actively helps others heal. More than anything, I want people to know that Heaven’s Healing was built with faith, resilience, and love, and that real healing is always possible.

Can you talk to us about manufacturing? How’d you figure it all out? We’d love to hear the story.

Yes, I personally manufacture many of the products at Heaven’s Healing. When I first started, I didn’t have prior experience, so I began with research, experimentation, and a commitment to using natural, healing ingredients. I learned how to safely prepare herbs, oils, and blends, as well as how to source quality ingredients and package products with care. Everything is made in small batches to ensure consistency, intention, and quality. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that creating wellness products isn’t just about making something, it’s about patience, responsibility, and honoring the people who use them. Quality and trust are always more important than speed.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

One of the most defining moments in my journey was supporting my son through his ADHD diagnosis. I was determined to explore natural alternatives and spent countless hours researching, learning, and adjusting until I found what truly worked for him. That experience required patience, faith, and resilience, and it ultimately gave birth to Heaven’s Healing and my CBD line, Mello Yellow.

What began as a mother searching for answers became a purpose-driven business rooted in helping others find natural support for healing and balance.
