Loren, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
I believe it takes 3 simple yet critical steps to be successful. Faith + Works = Results The Vision- “Faith” this is the brainstorming era. For myself, this is my time to connect with God. To truly understand my purpose & mission that needs to be fulfilled.
The Plan “ Works”- this is where pen & paper come into play. You should be writing down your ideas & goals. Specifically with each goal you need to write ALL the steps to accomplish each goal. Remember the plan might change- adjust, & proactively find solutions.
The Action- “Works & Results” this is where hard work, dedication & most importantly discipline are demonstrated You have to be consistent in this area in order to obtain your desired results. “Vision gives imagination permission to exist” – Pastor Micheal Todd. I love this quote because it simply states all dreams & goals are obtainable.

Hello my name is Loren Usher, I’m from Atlanta,Ga & I am the CEO of Miss Loren Tv & soLo Cutzz. I am a motivational speaker/podcaster, & a master barber.
I’ve always felt a radio personality, interviewer, & tv host, came natural to me. Because I majored in mass communications, I began a podcast titled “ Miss Loren Tv “ April of 2020. soLo Cutzz launched May of 2022. I completed barber school at Atlanta Technical College. People ask “ You didn’t want to be a cosmetologist?”. I wanted to do something different. I’ve always had an interest in cutting hair, so it was an opportunity I didn’t want to let pass. I am a master barber who performs services such as fades, temps, bald heads, facials, straight razor, perm rod sets, silk press, virgin/retouch relaxers,& hair coloring services. I am so thankful I graduated throughout my ups & downs & currently still pursuing my career & reaching other goals as well. I’ve learned throughout my journey thus far, that you cannot be afraid to step out on faith. To not be afraid of change. If you want different, you must move different. In all area’s of your life, – mentally , physically & spiritually. Continue to set goals daily/weekly/monthly/yearly, stay encouraged, stay faithful, & work hard & watch it unfold. God’s timing, God’s plan. In the mean time, fall in love with the process. Always stay disciplined & work hard. Surround yourself around individuals who respect your craft just as much as you & watch how you grow
& the connections you attract from it. Observe the lessons & celebrate your accomplishments throughout your journey.
