We recently connected with Morgane’ Cole and have shared our conversation below.

Morgane’, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

Back in 2020 when the pandemic was going on my daughters father passed from a rare aggressive lung cancer that no one ever knew he had. My daughter and I lives flipped upside down. At just 2 years old she had to grasp and live with the fact that her dad was no longer here. My daughter was born with GI issues that was affecting her frequently. I had to change her diet. I started looking into natural herbs and remedies to assist with her GI Issues. I went to FL to visit my brother and my friend I grew up with had started making natural juices and selling them. While we were catching up on each other lives, once we realized we were on the same path as looking into natural remedies and sticking to a clean eating lifestyle, we decided to go into business together on a 50/50 split and bring up the business she had already started mapping out Fresh Cravez. Dealing with my own health challenges being diagnosed with hypertension and having preeclampsia while giving birth to my daughter I was trying to understand and research natura ways to get rid of it. Hypertension runs in both sides of my family and now with starting this business and learning more about herbs, healing, and fasting, I currently know that I can heal my body by doing my part as well. My mission is to get people aware and healthy in knowing that any aliments in the body can be healed with the proper fasting, discipline, and fruits, herbs and veggies, Im currently almost finished healing my body , my goal is to wein myself complexly off of bp medication and just build my immune system and stay hydrated. I really just want everyone to heal aliments in their body and be as healthy as possible. I know that especially in the black community Strokes are high and called the silent killer, I knew my daughters father wasnt the only father whom faced health challenges leaving their children behind. There are many juice bars ands healthy companies all across Baltimore and FL however, none of them taste like Fresh Cravez. We offer fresh pressed juices and sea moss products. We are currently opening a brick and mortor in FL that set to open Spring of 2026.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

My name is Morgane’ Cole, and I’m a 32-year-old software test engineer working in the information technology sector for the state of Maryland. With a background in computer science and project management, I’ve always been drawn to problem-solving, systems, and creating solutions that make people’s lives easier. But my journey has expanded far beyond technology.

I’m also the founder of Fresh Cravez, a fresh-pressed juice business that grew out of my personal search for natural healing. What started as a way for me to improve my own health—and support my family’s well-being—has evolved into a mission to help others heal their bodies naturally, without depending solely on traditional medication. Today, Fresh Cravez is growing faster than I ever imagined, and we’re excited to open our first storefront in Florida in 2026.

Outside of work and entrepreneurship, I’m a single mom to an amazing seven-year-old who inspires everything I do. I’m also part of a book club, where I find community, conversation, and balance with my girls. One of the things I’m most proud of is how far Fresh Cravez has come. To look back and realize that something I created from a personal need has gone on to help so many people is truly incredible. This journey has shown me that small steps toward better health can ripple out and transform entire lives—and I’m grateful every day to be part of that transformation.

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?

I met my business partner years ago, right after I moved to York, PA. Even though we were in a new environment, we quickly connected because we were both originally from Baltimore. We ended up living directly across the street from each other, and from that point on, we became inseparable.

We spent most of our childhood and teenage years together—from middle school through high school. She would stay over at my house, we’d do each other’s hair, watch TV, and just grow up side by side. Those years built a bond that felt more like family than friendship.

As we got older, we stayed in touch and continued supporting each other through adulthood. She was navigating life with an autoimmune disorder, Myasthenia Gravis (MG), and spent a few years searching for natural remedies and ways to manage her symptoms—not as a cure, but as a way to improve her quality of life. That journey aligned perfectly with my own passion for natural healing and fresh, holistic wellness.

So when she presented the idea for Fresh Cravez, how she had already started the foundation wanting to see it grow and flourish we discussed partnering up and going 50/50 with the business, it felt natural for us to join forces. Our shared history, our trust in each other, and our desire to help people live healthier lives brought us back together—not just as childhood friends, but now as business partners.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

The most effective strategy for growing Fresh Cravez clientele has been showing up as our authentic selves. Everything we do is rooted in positive energy, genuine connection, and a true passion for helping people feel better. We offer good vibes, real products made from fresh ingredients, and honest testimonies from the people we’ve helped.

Clients can feel our mission. They see that we’re not just selling juice—we’re dedicated to supporting their health, easing their ailments, and providing natural alternatives that make a real difference. We are currently in the process of opening a juice bar in Mary Esther FL, where my business partner resides. We have so far passed all inspections and getting everything else together .Store is set to open march of next year.
