We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Dr. Lisa Thompson a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr. Lisa, thanks for joining us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
There were 3 pivotal moments related to each other that steered me to my soul’s purpose. When I was 15 (in 1988), I had my first conscious memory of being taken onto a spacecraft. In October 2018, I met my Arcturian ET family (and myself), but I didn’t understand why I was meeting them. In December of 2020, I moved from Olympia, WA to the big island of Hawaii without fully understanding why. Once I arrived to the island, I realized quickly how much UFO activity there is in Hawaii. I started a night sky watch UFO Tour business under my spiritual business in the summer of 2021 and began sharing my personal experiences with ETs. My light language was activated in October of that year, and I began channeling my Arcturian self, Uluru, during the writing of my first book on the ET topic (in 2022), Connection to the Cosmos: Remembering Your Galactic Heritage and Embracing Your Oneness. Once I got used to channeling that higher frequency, my galactic team told me it was time to bring in some of my other groups. During the first few months of 2023, I led 13 sessions to channel the wisdom of 13 different higher dimensional ET races. The interactions and channeling sessions with my galactic team have allowed me to really understand and remember the multidimensional aspects of who we are, which is so much more than this one Earth life. They directed me to stay out of anything polarized, such as politics and the news, so that I could maintain my own higher frequency to be able to channel them more clearly and to create an elevated life for myself. They helped me tap into my healing abilities from these other realms for my own healing and for my clients. I now view this Earth life in a very different way than I used to. I can see things from a higher perspective, and I am much less judgmental of people. I am able to vibrate in a frequency of love for humanity. In September 2023, my husband committed suicide, which was completely unexpected. His death fully anchored me into my timeline of being a Galactic Ambassador and fulfilling my mission here on Earth. Although his physical body has left, his soul and energy are still here guiding me in my work and in my life. When he was alive, he didn’t fully understand the work I was here to do. From the other side, he continues to encourage me and has validated my spiritual knowing, as well as my connection with my galactic team. We truly do create our reality by the thoughts we play in our minds and the emotions we have. Even when things globally appear to be in chaos, we can live in a timeline where none of that affects us.

Dr. Lisa, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’ve had a winding career path with four very different careers — professor of biology, mortgage loan officer, interior designer and home stager, and now spiritual healer and teacher. On paper, they don’t seem connected, but each one shaped how I serve today. Biology taught me to observe patterns and trust what the body communicates. Finance taught me to listen closely when people are navigating fear or uncertainty. Design taught me how environment influences wellbeing. All of that plays into the work I do now, which blends intuitive guidance with grounded, practical support so people can move through their lives with more clarity and stability.
My work also comes from real life, not just training or spiritual study. I’ve walked through several seasons most people don’t talk about openly — multiple marriages, financial loss and rebuilding, major career changes, and the heartbreak of losing loved ones. Those experiences reshaped me. They taught me resilience, humility, and how to start again when the path falls apart. Because of that, when clients come to me in their own turning points, I understand the terrain. I know what it takes to hold both the grief and the possibility. I’ve been the rising phoenix in my own life, and I help them find that same rebirth within themselves.
My current work centers around multidimensional healing. I created the Infinity Healing Method™, a certification program that helps people understand their inner landscape, clear the patterns that keep them stuck, and reconnect with the intelligence of their own energy. I also guide sessions, courses, and books that help people not only restore emotional balance but also deepen their connection with their galactic family and guides in a way that feels accessible and supportive. For many clients, this connection brings a sense of belonging and validation they’ve been searching for, and it often unlocks intuitive abilities they didn’t realize they had.
Many of the people who find me are in a moment of change. Some are grieving, some are awakening to a new level of their path, and others are simply ready for something more aligned but don’t know where to start. I help them identify what’s really going on beneath the surface, release the internal friction they’ve been carrying, and step forward in a way that feels true for them. My approach is both intuitive and structured, so people feel held while also gaining real tools they can use in their daily life.
What sets my work apart is that it’s lived. My path was shaped by real loss, real reinvention, and the courage it takes to rebuild from zero. Everything I teach has been integrated through my own journey and through thousands of sessions with clients and students. I’m most proud of the people who move through my programs and go on to create meaningful impact in their communities. Watching them step into their voice, purpose, and connection with their own guides is at the heart of why I do this.
If there’s one thing I want people to know, it’s that awakening doesn’t require perfection or performance. It’s about returning to yourself in a steady, grounded way and remembering that you’re not navigating life alone. My brand and my work are centered on helping people feel supported through that process with clarity, compassion, and a sense of real possibility.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
One of the clearest examples of resilience in my life came after my husband Skip passed away. It was sudden and life-altering, and it forced me into a level of healing I never expected to navigate. I had already rebuilt myself more than once, through divorce, financial collapse, sudden career pivots, and all the quiet moments of starting over that never make it onto a résumé. But this was different. This loss stripped everything down to the bone.
In the months that followed, I had two choices: close myself off or stay present with what was unfolding. I chose to stay. I kept showing up for my kids, for my clients, and eventually for myself. I learned how to sit with grief without letting it define me, how to honor the life I had while still saying yes to the one that was forming in front of me. My work deepened. My intuition sharpened. I stepped more fully into the healer and teacher I am now.
That period didn’t make me strong in the inspirational-poster sense. It made me real. It taught me how to hold people through their darkest moments because I’ve lived my own. It taught me that rebirth isn’t a single moment. It’s a series of choices to keep going, keep listening, keep opening.
That’s the resilience I bring into my work today. It’s a steady commitment to transformation, even when it’s uncomfortable. When clients come to me at their breaking point, I can meet them there with genuine understanding because I know what it feels like to rebuild a life from the inside out.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
My reputation wasn’t built from a single moment. It grew slowly from showing up consistently, being transparent about my own healing, and creating work that actually helps people shift something in their lives. When someone works with me, whether through a session, a course, or a book, they can feel that I’m not teaching theory. I’m speaking from lived experience, and that creates trust.
I also think my reputation grew because I don’t try to fit into one box. I blend intuition with real tools, and I make the multidimensional side of my work feel grounded and accessible. People appreciate that they can explore their inner world, connect with their galactic family and guides, or move through grief and big life transitions without feeling judged or rushed.
Another piece is word of mouth. Most of my clients come from referrals. When someone has a real breakthrough, such as when their anxiety eases, their purpose clicks into place, or they finally feel supported spiritually and emotionally, they tell their friends. That has been the most meaningful driver of growth.
And finally, I show up as myself. I share my story, the hard chapters and the beautiful ones. I let people see the human behind the work. That level of honesty resonates, and it’s allowed me to build a brand that feels authentic and alive rather than curated or distant.
