We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Adriana Lopez-Santini. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Adriana below.
Adriana , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Was there an experience or lesson you learned at a previous job that’s benefited your career afterwards?
One of the most important lessons I learned in my career came from a period where I was juggling everything, work, family responsibilities, and being the “strong one” for everyone around me. The backstory isn’t glamorous; it was actually one of the hardest seasons of my life.
For years, I thought I had everything under control. I was committed, hardworking, and always the person people could rely on. But over time, I realized that constantly pouring into everyone else without supporting myself wasn’t sustainable. I was showing up for my job, for my loved ones, and for clients but rarely for myself.
The lesson hit me slowly and then all at once:
If you don’t take care of your own capacity, your career, your relationships, and even your purpose will feel heavier than they need to.
I started to understand that self-awareness and boundaries aren’t luxuries, they’re professional skills. Learning how to delegate, communicate honestly, ask for support, and pace myself changed everything about the way I work.
This experience taught me three things that I now carry into every professional role:
1. Your energy is one of your biggest assets.
If you don’t manage it, everything else suffers.
2. Being reliable doesn’t mean being self-sacrificing.
You can be committed and still protect your own capacity.
3. Support systems matter.
Success is built by people who know how to ask for help when they need it.
This wasn’t just a professional lesson, it was a personal awakening that made me stronger, more grounded, and more effective in every role I’ve taken on since.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is Adriana, and I’m a spiritual counselor, hypnotherapist, and certified sexuality coach specializing in self-acceptance, embodiment, and integration. My work helps people come back into their bodies, reclaim their power, and heal the emotional, energetic, and subconscious patterns that keep them disconnected from themselves.
I entered this field for a number of reasons but the biggest one was my own healing. I had to break free from serious energetic attachments, outdated patterns, and deep layers of self-abandonment. That personal transformation taught me not only how powerful this work is, but how essential it is to truly know yourself on every level: emotional, energetic, spiritual, and embodied.
Today, I offer:
• self-acceptance + embodiment coaching
• spiritual + metaphysical counseling
• sexuality + pleasure coaching
• hypnotherapy + subconscious reprogramming
• shadow work + integration
• energy clearing + protection
I help people who feel disconnected from their intuition, their pleasure, their confidence, or their inner truth. What sets me apart is my integrated approach: I combine spirituality, energetics, psychology, and sexuality so my clients can heal in a way that feels whole, grounded, and sustainable.
What I’m most proud of is creating a space where people can be fully honest with themselves a space where nothing is “too much,” nothing is judged, and every part of them has room to be understood, healed, and integrated.
If there’s one thing I want people to know about my brand, it’s this:
You’re not broken, you’re layered. And when those layers are integrated, your power, your pleasure, and your peace become naturally accessible again.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
One of the biggest examples of my resilience comes from navigating responsibility at a young age and later stepping into the role of full-time caregiver. Life asked me to be strong, present, and emotionally grounded long before I truly understood what that meant and that strength continues to shape who I am.
In my twenties, I spent almost a decade battling intense energetic attachments and spiritual challenges that could have completely derailed me. But I never gave up. I kept fighting for my clarity, healing, and purpose. Then a major breakup became a catalyst that pushed me even deeper into my spiritual path, awakening gifts I didn’t even know I had and forcing me to transform on a soul level.
Despite everything, the early responsibilities, the spiritual battles, the heartbreak, the caregiving, I never stopped showing up for my work. Over the last ten years I’ve continued to grow my business and evolve into new modalities: shadow integration, sexual wellness coaching, energy clearings, hypnosis, sound healing, and more.
What I’ve learned is that resilience isn’t just surviving hard chapters, it’s choosing to grow through them. It’s staying connected to your purpose and continuing to serve the collective, even when life asks the most of you.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
The biggest lesson I had to unlearn was self-abandonment, the habit of prioritizing everyone else’s needs, emotions, and comfort over my own.
For years I over-gave in relationships, stayed loyal in friendships that weren’t reciprocal, and ignored my own intuition to keep the peace. In my twenties I went through nearly a decade of intense energetic battles because I wasn’t protecting my own spirit. Even in business I overextended myself, and said yes when my body was exhausted.
A major breakup became the catalyst that forced me to see how deeply I had abandoned myself on every level, emotionally, spiritually, and socially.
Unlearning that pattern meant choosing my boundaries, my energy, my worth, and my alignment.
It taught me that I can support others, help the collective, and grow my work without disappearing in the process.
