One of the most meaningful ways we’ve shown customer appreciation is through our annual tradition of gifting our top customers a significant-value gift card. It’s our way of saying, ‘We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re grateful that you trust B Luxury Essentials to protect your family.’ The reaction is always the same—surprise, gratitude, and a genuine sense of being valued. It reminds our customers that they’re more than just buyers; they’re part of a community built on care and protection.
We also make it a priority to show appreciation throughout the year by offering thoughtful sales that reflect what’s happening in the world around us. With the financial challenges so many families are facing, we want our customers to know that we understand. That passion turned into a brand that offers premium disposable bedding, towels, toilet seat covers, and other on-the-go hygiene essentials designed for busy families, travelers, and anyone who values convenience without compromising cleanliness.
Our products solve a real problem: the need for safe, reliable, hygienic solutions during travel, emergencies, hotel stays, public restroom visits, kids’ activities, and everyday life. People deserve to feel protected, and our products make that possible in a simple, accessible way.
What truly sets us apart is our heart. We listen. We care. And we evolve. B Luxury Essentials is constantly growing because we pay close attention to what our customers are asking for. How did you build your audience on social media?
I built my audience on social media through two simple things: authenticity and consistency. From the beginning, I made a decision to just be myself—nothing staged, nothing exaggerated. When I talk about my products, I speak from personal experience, real concerns, and everyday situations that so many people can relate to. I’m a normal person with normal worries about staying clean, safe, and protected, and I think people connect with that honesty.
I also made it a priority to show the versatility of my products. Whether it’s travel, kids’ activities, hotel stays, everyday home uses, or emergencies, I demonstrate how these essentials fit into real life. I share my perspective, but I also create content that makes viewers say, ‘I’ve been there,’ or ‘I never thought about it like that.’
In addition to my own content, I promote B Luxury Essentials on pages and platforms where people are actively looking for what we offer. I collaborate with influencers who genuinely align with my brand values, so their audiences can naturally connect with the message and the mission. That alignment is important, because people can feel when something is real.
For anyone just starting to build an audience, my biggest advice is this: be consistent, be authentic, and be relatable. Speak from the heart. Show your products in action. Show your personality. You don’t need to be perfect—just present. And surround your brand with people, pages, and partners who genuinely believe in what you do. The audience will follow.


What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Social media, hands down! It has allowed me to consistently connect with people who genuinely need and love my products. By showing up authentically, engaging with my audience, and sharing real results, social media has become the strongest driver of new customers for my brand.
