We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Oxana Lovich. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Oxana below.
Oxana, appreciate you joining us today. Looking back, what’s an important lesson you learned at a prior job?
The realization that trying to change oneself on a conscious level might be an endless effort with little to no outcomes was a turning point in my professional career. Since the subconscious accounts for at least 95% of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions—and ultimately everything you generate in your life—transforming your subconscious foundation is essential. It was an excellent example in my own life. I was seeing therapist after therapist only to feel unable to discuss the difficulties I was facing. Working directly with my subconscious mind in just few practices gave me hope for ultimate achievement and fulfilment in all facets of my life.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I was born in Russia. My upbringing was full of painful occurrences that helped me mature and evolve at a young age. At the age of 17, I was entirely independent and driven by my growing interest in theater acting and ballroom dancing. At that time, I carried great emotional pain from the loss of my parents, which later I realised was my greatest blessing because it encouraged me to begin studying spirituality and psychology, which led me to experience life as a happy and fulfilled individual.
My life has changed when I understood that everything happened for the evolution of my soul leading me to free me myself from all unnecessary suffering. That is when I discovered bliss and contentment. That is when I began sharing my knowledge with my friends, and one by one, everyone started to experience notable life changes. At that point, I realised that my purpose was to teach as many people as I could the information that enable me to break free from all limitations.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Building Trust and Loyalty
When customers feel genuinely understood, they’re more loyal. Empathy helps build strong emotional connections.
Empathic leadership also helped me fosters trust internally — among employees, managers, and teams.
Compassion and empathy in the workplace have helped me to correlate positively with business performance.
Recognising and validating my employees helped me build a sense of belonging, which drives long-term commitment.
Understanding different perspectives (from employees, customers) helped me uncover new opportunities.
Kindness in customer interactions in my work led to “customer delight” — exceeding expectations, which encourages word-of-mouth and loyalty.
Showing kindness and empathy positively impacted my company.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
Unlearning about being overly opinionated. Sometimes it felt like losing a sense of self, but it’s also a chance to rebuild in a way that feels more authentic and powerful.
In the past in believed my opinion was the only opinion which truly was the correct one. I missed very valuable opportunities and also did create many challenges in my workplace.
Once I learned to be more flexible, everything has changed. I am grateful I was able to shift in this area as my life and my career took a different turn.
