We recently connected with Breanna St. Clair and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Breanna thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Almost all entrepreneurs have had to decide whether to start now or later? There are always pros and cons for waiting and so we’d love to hear what you think about your decision in retrospect. If you could go back in time, would you have started your business sooner, later or at the exact time you started?

Yes. I wish I could have done this sooner. It was a huge risk, I quit my day job, moved my family to another town to open this gym. But it was the best and most rewarding decision I’ve ever made. I wish I had done it sooner.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

My name is Breanna St. Clair, and I am the owner of HIIT Logic Prineville — a HIIT-style group fitness boutique in Prineville, OR.

Fitness has always been a passion of mine, but everything shifted eight years ago after having my first child. That’s when I discovered HIIT Logic, owned by Katie Cruz. From my very first class, I was hooked. I knew I needed more — more challenge, more community, more purpose.

With consistency, hard work, and a lot of heart, I went from being a member… to co-owning a location with Katie and Jon… to now owning another location with my husband, Nevadahs St. Clair. I always knew I wanted more out of life than working a 9–5 forever — and HIIT Logic gave me the path.

Today, I get to live my passion every single day. I get to help people build healthier lifestyles that actually last. And in just four months, our Prineville location has already grown to 125 incredible members and a thriving, supportive community.
I owe everything to my husband Nevadahs, and to our business partners, Katie and Jon Cruz. Because of them — and because of this community — I now get to be fully present with my kids and wake up every day excited to go to a job I truly love. :)

How’d you meet your business partner?

When I was a brand-new mom, all I wanted was a gym where I could bring my baby with me — somewhere I could take care of myself without sacrificing time with my child. That’s when I found HIIT Logic, created by Katie Cruz, and it instantly felt different. She had built something truly special, and I knew right away that I needed to be part of it.

I begged and begged to join the team — and eventually, Katie gave me a shot. I started as a coach, poured my whole heart into it, and before long I was offered the opportunity to co-own a location with Katie and Jon Cruz. Most recently, my husband and I were able to open our very own HIIT Logic location. And all of this happened within just a few short years.

Persistence was everything. It’s what allowed me to leave my full-time job and build a life where I never have to miss an event in my kids’ lives again. Now I get to wake up every day doing something I love, serving a community I care deeply about, and creating a space where other parents can feel supported the same way I once did.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Social media has been the root of our success at every HIIT Logic location. Consistent daily posting on Instagram and Facebook is non-negotiable for us — it keeps our community engaged, builds trust, and ensures that no one in our area can scroll without seeing something from me, our business pages, or a repost from one of our members.
