We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tiffany Green-Williams. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tiffany below.
Alright, Tiffany thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
My mission with Style By Tipp is to help people use style as a form of self-care, confidence, and authentic brand expression. I believe style is one of the most accessible ways to reconnect with yourself, especially in seasons of transition or uncertainty. When you choose pieces that reflect who you are and how you want to move through the world, you create alignment that carries into every part of your life.
This mission is meaningful to me because I’ve lived it. Before I started Style By Tipp, I went through my own period of change and learned how grounding intentional choices can be. The colors, textures, and small details I chose became anchors. They reminded me to care for myself, to stay connected to my identity, and to show up with confidence even when everything else felt unpredictable.
My background in experiential design shaped how I approach this work. I understand how people want to feel when they enter a space, and I apply that same lens to personal style. I help clients think about how they want to be perceived, how they move, and how their visual identity supports their personal or professional brand.
At its core, my mission matters because I’ve seen the shift that happens when someone finally feels aligned. The relief, the renewal, the confidence. Helping people express their individuality with intention and ease is not just what I do; it’s why Style By Tipp exists.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m Tiffany Green-Williams, the Founder and Brand Stylist behind Style By Tipp. My path into this work wasn’t linear, but every chapter prepared me for the next. I started my career as a Certified Mastectomy Fitter at Nordstrom, where I learned early how transformative clothing can be for someone’s confidence and identity. From there, I spent more than a decade in event strategy and experiential design, shaping how people feel the moment they enter a room.
Those two experiences came together naturally when I launched Style By Tipp. I wanted to help people approach style with intention, not pressure. My brand focuses on personal and professional brand styling, helping women professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders visually communicate who they are and how they want to show up. I work at the intersection of style, identity, and emotional experience.
My services range from personal styling and closet edits to brand-image styling for CEOs and small business owners. I help clients build wardrobes that make sense for their lifestyle and the brand they represent. What sets me apart is my ability to blend fashion with experiential design; I don’t just dress people, I think about the full experience of how they move, how they’re perceived, and how their visual identity supports their goals. I focus on individuality, comfort, and self-care. I want my clients to feel grounded, confident, and true to themselves, not styled into someone they don’t recognize.
I’m proud of building a brand that centers authenticity and ease, especially for women of color who are often expected to shrink or conform. I’ve created community-driven events and experiences that deepen this message, reminding people that style is a tool for empowerment, not perfection.
What I want clients and followers to know is simple: Style By Tipp exists to help you express who you are with intention. When you show up visually aligned with your truth, you move through the world differently with clarity, confidence, and presence.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
My reputation was built long before I launched Style By Tipp. During my years in event management, I became known for connection building, strong execution, and a commitment to excellence. Those experiences shaped how I work today. I learned how to understand people, how to guide them through a process, and how to create an outcome that feels intentional from start to finish.
When I shifted into styling and brand presentation, that foundation followed me. Clients already trusted my eye and my ability to create experiences that feel personal and thoughtful. I approach styling with the same mindset I used in events. I pay attention to how people want to feel, how they want to show up, and what they need to move with confidence.
Consistency also played a major role. I show up the same way every time. I listen, I prepare, and I deliver work that reflects who my clients are, not who the industry says they should be. That blend of connection, intention, and a high standard of care is what helped me build a reputation that feels both earned and enduring.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I stay connected with clients through a combination of personalized communication and a digital styling platform that helps me manage their preferences, wardrobe selections, and ongoing needs. It allows me to organize looks, track what we’ve built together, and understand their style patterns so every follow-up feels intentional. This system supports a smoother experience and gives clients a sense of consistency and care throughout their journey.
My in-person and digital activations play a major role as well. Experiences like Stylish Connections and Intentional Layers give clients and community members a chance to engage with Style By Tipp in an immersive way. These events deepen connection, spark conversation, and reinforce the values of individuality, confidence, and intentional living that the brand stands on.
At the core, brand loyalty grows because clients know I care about their identity, their confidence, and the way they want to show up. I believe when people feel understood and supported, they will naturally stay connected to you.
