Hi Barbra, thanks for joining us today. Have you ever seen (or implemented) a really awesome way to show a client you appreciate them
I connect with clients on special days, like birthdays or holidays, but also go above & beyond to ensure a smooth buying or selling process. On the seller side, I have done everything from meeting contractors to cleaning a home to watching children as potential buyers are going through the house. On the buyer side, if I can’t find it, I will create it.
I once had clients were moving to Atlanta from California. They had a specific style in mind so I worked with a particular property to give it a California-chic vibe that appealed to them. We opened the floor plan, making the whole space light and bright, which was a perfect fit!

Barbra, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I formed The Wollner Group in 2015 with a vision to personalize the home search process, one family, one house at a time. Today, I am a proud Associate Broker at Harry Norman, REALTORS®. Prior to working in real estate, I worked in radio and television and as a DJ for a commercial radio station.
I’m proud of the accolades and awards that I’ve accrued from both peers and clients but, of course, I am most proud of my family. My husband, Matt & I have two wonderful, busy children which keeps us involved in the local community and schools.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Referrals are the bread & butter of real estate and that has been an effective growth strategy for my business. I work closely with each client and built a nice rapport, which is helpful since real estate transactions can be stressful. This personalized approach has led to repeat business and lots of referrals!
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I really care about the community and spend a lot of time sponsoring various initiatives like local schools, food pantry, and green spaces. This type of visibility reflects my commitment to the people in our community and to seeing it thrive.
