DIANA , appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
A meaningful risk I took was leaving a secure job to start my own business in the auto title and trucking
industry. It was a big step. I had no guarantees, just my savings, experience, and determination. I
spent months learning the legal and operational sides, building relationships with dealerships, and
earning clients’ trust. It wasn’t easy at first, but I stayed consistent and focused on quality service. Over
time, the business grew, and I learned how to make strategic decisions under pressure. That risk completely changed my life. Today, my business, Lomeli Title Services LLC, works with multiple dealerships and independent buyers. I’ve learned that taking calculated risks, even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed, often leads to the greatest growth. It taught me resilience, confidence, and the importance of betting on yourself.

About Diana Lomeli & Lomeli Title Services LLC My name is Diana Lomeli, founder of Lomeli Title
Services LLC in Houston, Texas. I started my business after seeing how many dealerships and truck
owners struggled with title transfers and registration delays. I wanted to create a service that was fast,
reliable, and built on trust. Today, my company helps clients with auto titles, registrations, 30-day
permits, and lien releases, serving both individual owners and commercial dealers. What sets me apart
is my commitment to doing things right, every document is handled carefully, every client is treated
with respect, and communication is always clear. I’m proud that my business has grown through
referrals and long-term relationships, proving that honesty and consistency still matter. My goal is
simple: to make every process smooth and stress-free for my clients, and to keep building services that
make their work and their lives easier. Beyond titles and trucking, I’m an entrepreneur at heart. How’d you meet your business partner?
Story of How I Met My Business Partner My business partner is my husband, Simón Khano. Our story
began long before business, it started with a connection built on trust, shared values, and mutual respect
drive to build something meaningful together. From the very beginning, Simón’s leadership, integrity,
and vision stood out to me qualities that later became the foundation of both our marriage and us
professional partnership. I first founded Lomeli Title Services LLC on my own, building it from the
ground up with determination and a commitment to helping others navigate complex title and vehicle
processes with trust and transparency. As the business began to grow, I realized that to take it too the
next level, I needed someone who could match my passion with strategy and innovation and that
person was already beside me. Simón had always been part of the journey, offering advice, ideas, and
perspective. Eventually, I decided to bring him in officially as my business partner. Together, we’ve not
only strengthened Lomeli Title Services LLC, but also begun developing our next venture an
insurance company designed to expand the services we provide to our community. Our partnership is
built on balance: I focus on structure, relationships, and operations, while Simón drives growth,
leadership, and long-term strategy. Together, we’ve created more than businesses, we’ve built a
shared vision rooted in trust, love, and purpose. For us, success means more than numbers or titles; it
means building a legacy side by side, one that reflects who we are, what we believe in, and the future
we’re creating together.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best source of new clients for us has always been referrals and word of mouth. From the beginning, Lomeli Title Services LLC was built on trust and personal relationships, every client we help often becomes our best advocate.
