We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Yeshua. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Yeshua below.
Yeshua, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
The Steward Groupe was born from a deep-seated passion for exceptional customer service and an enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance the client experience. Recognizing that many businesses struggle to balance cutting-edge technological solutions with genuine, personalized service, I saw an opportunity to bridge that gap. What started as a vision to transform how companies interact with their customers has evolved into The Steward Groupe—a business built on the belief that technology should never replace the human touch, but rather amplify it. By combining innovative tools with a steadfast commitment to understanding and anticipating client needs, The Steward Groupe was founded to prove that superior customer service and smart technology aren’t just compatible—they’re most powerful when working hand in hand. We are people first, and technology forward company. What got me excited about the idea for my business, was creating authentic relationships with people, and continuing to learn and grow.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Yeshua Hannah, I am a devout christian man. Jesus Christ is my lord and savior, all glory belongs to him. I am the owner of The Steward Groupe. I manage an IT consulting company, that partners to innovate, and maintain your IT infrastructure. I have always had a love for technology and customer service. My technical career started in the wireless industry in 2006, working for T-Mobile. After working for them for about five years, my passion continued to grow, and I moved from cell phones to fixing and repairing computers. I help companies solve business challenges by addressing operational inefficiencies, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and technology integration issues that hold companies back. I help businesses scale by designing infrastructure that grows alongside them, minimize costly downtime through proactive monitoring and disaster recovery planning. I am most proud of the genuine relationships I have with partners and clients. I love providing solutions for business and then executing them efficiently. I would like for people to know that we are going to do the right thing, even if its not profitable for business.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
Good Question,
That everyone approaches learning and problem-solving differently—some are visual learners who need diagrams, while others prefer hands-on experience( This is how I learn) or detailed instructions. When facing challenges, some jump straight into action, while others analyze and plan first. These differences aren’t weaknesses; they’re strengths that lead to richer solutions and more innovative outcomes. By recognizing that there’s no single “right” way to learn or solve problems, we create inclusive environments where diverse thinking styles complement one another and drive collective success.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
This one has been a challenge, but breaking into the construction industry is an exciting opportunity for my IT consulting business. Many construction companies recognize they need modern IT solutions but lack the in-house expertise to implement them effectively. By understanding the specific pain points of construction businesses—such as real-time data access in the field, document management for blueprints and permits, mobile workforce connectivity, and compliance tracking— The Steward Groupe can position themselves as an invaluable partner.
