Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to PIERRE BURRELL. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
PIERRE, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
My recent project on YouTube “Lies & Promises” a short film that tells a story of a high school girl dating an older low level drug dealer “Kareem” & how she’s trying to help him change his ways until she discovers the biggest betrayal. This film is a lesson to not only for the women but for the men as well. Choose your partners wisely & know what they’re into because what your partner does outside of your knowledge can fire back at you whether that’s your safety, health, or freedom.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Pierre Burrell & I’m originally from Madison, Wisconsin now reside in Atlanta, Ga. I’ve got into this industry by taking acting classes, signing up to agencies, & doing background work on major tv productions. I’ve discovered my talent for acting in year 2020 during the pandemic & fell in love with this art form ever since.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
When the people congratulate you on your work & they believe what they see on that screen. Best feeling ever because as an actor you work hard & it’s finally paying off.
What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
I just want to be the best at what I do period. Awards, accolades, money all of that will come I just focus on being real & present in my work & God will take care of the rest.
