Helene, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you share a story about the kindest thing someone has done for you and why it mattered so much or was so meaningful to you?
The kindest thing anyone has ever done for me actually happened twice; once in each of my careers.
When I was just starting out as a nurse injector, I was struggling to find a medspa that truly aligned with my values of patient safety and continuing education. At a training, I met Stacey, a national trainer for the company that makes Botox. She took me under her wing, let me shadow her, and introduced me to her professional network. Through her support, I landed my first position at a medspa that felt like home. Stacey came into my life at a time when I was questioning if this path was meant for me, and she helped me believe in my vision again.
Years later, when I felt called to begin offering energy healing sessions, my energy healer, Brenda, showed me the same type of kindness. She embodied the spirit of “community over competition” and encouraged me every step of the way. Her genuine support highlighted to me how powerful it is when women lift each other up
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’ve spent the last eight years helping people feel at home in their own skin both physically and energetically. My background is working as a nurse practitioner in aesthetic dermatology, where I specialize in enhancing natural beauty through subtle, refined techniques with tools like botox and filler. As my career evolved, I found myself deeply drawn to the science behind how our thoughts and emotions shape our well-being. I spent years studying neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, manifestation, inner child healing, and shadow work. After a decade of guiding myself on this inner journey, I realized part of my purpose was to help others reconnect to the intuitive wisdom within them. This calling led me to open an energy healing practice alongside my aesthetics business.
Over time, I couldn’t ignore the truth that radiance doesn’t just come from what we see in the mirror; it’s an energetic frequency that emanates from within. That realization inspired me to expand my work into energy healing and nervous system regulation. Today, I blend science and spirituality; merging the precision of aesthetics with modalities like Spinal Energetics, breathwork, and energetic mentorship; to help people not only look more aligned, but feel more alive, calm, and connected.
What sets my approach apart is the integration of both worlds. My clients come to me for aesthetic artistry, energy healing, or a combination of both; and they often leave with a renewed sense of peace, self-trust, and confidence that radiates far beyond the surface.
I’m most proud of the transformations I witness every day: when someone looks in the mirror and finally recognizes themselves again, or feels the energetic shift that reconnects them to their intuition.
My mission is to guide others back to their own power. Whether through energy work or aesthetics, my goal is always the same: to remind you of the wholeness that’s been within you all along, waiting to be remembered.
Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
Trusting myself and my intuition has been the foundation of my success in both aesthetics and energy work. In aesthetic dermatology, intuition guides my eye for balance and harmony; allowing me to create results that enhance, rather than alter, a person’s natural beauty. In energy healing, that same intuitive awareness allows me to sense where the body is holding resistance and how to gently guide it back into flow. Whether I’m holding a syringe or facilitating an energetic release, I’m tuned into the subtle cues (the feeling, the energy, the inner knowing) that direct each step. Trusting that inner wisdom allows every session to become a co-creation between science, art, and soul.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What helped me build a strong reputation in both of my fields has always been word of mouth. In aesthetics, I’ve become known for my conservative and thoughtful approach; always striving to achieve the most natural, refined result using the least amount of botox or filler possible. I prioritize balance and harmony over trends, and I’m not afraid to tell someone “no” if a treatment won’t serve their overall outcome. That level of honesty and integrity has earned me deep trust, with clients returning and referring their friends, spouses, and family members.
In energy work, the same principle applies. I place immense importance on maintaining a clean and grounded energetic container so I can hold authentic space for healing. People feel that intention during sessions, and it naturally leads to transformation; and to them sharing their experiences with others. Both sides of my work grow from the same root: genuine connection, trust, and integrity
