My journey began as a graduate of AVPT, stepping into the architectural and engineering world with a curiosity to explore how design and technology could come together to shape the future of construction. Over the past two decades, that curiosity evolved into a purpose — to build teams, systems, and solutions that redefine excellence in the AEC industry.
I started my professional journey with Ace Infoway Pvt. Ltd., where I initially led the CAD department that would later evolve into QeCAD. With time, dedication, and a drive to deliver measurable impact, I transitioned from Operations Manager to Chief Operating Officer, first at Ace Infoway and later at QeCAD.
When I took charge, we were a small, mid-sized team with immense potential. I focused on creating a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation. Through strategic hiring, process optimization, and technology integration, we achieved a 100% growth in team strength, scaling up to 150+ professionals. But scaling wasn’t just about numbers — it was about building a cohesive unit that could think, innovate, and deliver together.
Our operational strategies and customer-first approach led to a 200% increase in revenue, establishing QeCAD as a globally recognized AEC solutions brand specializing in BIM, CAD, and 3D Rendering Services. We expanded our presence across the USA, Australia, the UK, and the Middle East, growing our client base by 60% while maintaining 85% retention rates and 95%+ client satisfaction scores — a reflection of trust earned through consistent quality and transparency.
I’ve always believed that technology is an enabler. By adopting cutting-edge tools and workflows, we improved our project efficiency by 35% and reduced turnaround time by 20% without compromising quality. Regular visits to our clients in the USA and Australia and participation in global expos and summits helped us stay connected with market needs and ahead of emerging trends.

Since the inception of QeCAD, I have led the firm with the vision of making it a globally recognized AEC solutions provider. My journey from heading the CAD department at Ace Infoway to being promoted as the Chief Operating Officer of QeCAD Studio has been both challenging and immensely rewarding. Today, I focus on steering the company toward continuous innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
I believe leadership is about balance — between efficiency and creativity, between people and performance. I constantly push for operational excellence, driving systems and processes that enhance productivity while maintaining top-tier quality. My technical expertise and proficiency with industry-leading software enable me to guide my team through complex challenges and evolving technologies. Together, we have consistently delivered solutions that exceed client expectations.
What I value most is my team. I strive to create an environment where collaboration thrives, and every team member feels empowered to contribute their best. I encourage open communication, innovation, and shared ownership of outcomes. Adapting to change has always been key to our success, and I ensure that QeCAD stays ahead of emerging trends in the AEC landscape.
Beyond operations, I am deeply involved in strategic sales, project management, and client relations. Even though I am based offshore, I maintain transparent and personal communication with our clients. I regularly visit them in the USA and Australia to strengthen partnerships and understand their evolving needs. My “never-give-up” attitude has helped me navigate challenges and continuously push boundaries — both personally and professionally.
Looking back, I take immense pride in how far we’ve come. Under my leadership, QeCAD has grown significantly in size, capability, and reputation. But what truly drives me is not just growth — it’s the pursuit of excellence. My goal is to keep leading QeCAD toward greater innovation, expansion into new markets, and setting benchmarks that inspire others in the AEC industry.
For me, leadership isn’t about titles or milestones — it’s about progress, purpose, and people. And that’s what continues to define my journey at QeCAD.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Our most effective strategy for growing our clientele has been a multi-pronged approach that combines technical excellence with strategic outreach. Beyond our core CAD services, we’ve expanded into BIM and 3D Visualization Rendering, catering to diverse project verticals. We’ve also embraced digital transformation with multi-lingual websites to support our geographical expansion.
Active participation in global AEC summits and expos, coupled with targeted networking on social media, has strengthened our international presence. Frequent offshore visits allow us to foster closer client relationships, while referral programs leverage the trust we’ve built with existing clients.
To support this growth, we’ve scaled our team strategically to cover multiple geographies and continuously stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and standards. This holistic approach has enabled us not only to reach more clients but also to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions that meet evolving global demands.
