We were lucky to catch up with Linda Jordan recently and have shared our conversation below.
Linda, appreciate you joining us today. We believe kindness is contagious and so we’d love for you to share with us and our audience about the kindest thing anyone has ever done for you?
At 22 years old my Father gave me money to open up my own Exercise Studio in Cincinnati, Ohio. He believed in me. I had a following and as much as my Mother wanted me to go to college, I did not. I paid him back and his belief in me changed the trajectory of my life.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I try to teach by being a living example. Get real about you are not being real. Yoga is about connecting the mind and the heart. Learning how to feel emotions versus thinking them. I want to help the youth in my community connect with intuition, creativity and something higher than themselves.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
All I will say here is the consumer can feel weather you care about what you are doing or if you don’t. Open up a business to make a difference, not a dollar.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
To me, resilience comes from letting the best idea win and being able to admit that you have areas you need to work on. Ask for feedback and be emotionally regulated enough to hear the truth and then match your words with actions.
