We were lucky to catch up with Tiffany Bost recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany, thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
Nanastreats we’re all about showing that age doesn’t define ability. Founded by a young entrepreneur, our mission is to inspire and empower other kids to dream big, take action, and create their own businesses. Through creativity, hard work, and heart, we’re proving that kids can be leaders too.
We don’t just build our own success—we help others do the same. By offering workshops, mentorship, and fun learning tools, we’re teaching kids real-world entrepreneurship skills and showing them how to turn their ideas into something powerful. Our goal is to create a community where young people support each other and grow together—not just for today, but for the long run.

Tiffany, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Meet Nana – The Sweetest Kidpreneur Behind Nana’s Treats 🍭🍇🍩🍍
Hi, I’m Nana, the proud owner and founder of Nana’s Treats – a fun, flavorful business I started as a young entrepreneur with a big passion for sweets and making people smile! I may be young, but I’ve got a serious drive, a creative mind, and a heart full of hustle.
How It All Started 🎉
Nana’s Treats began as a fun project with my family. I’ve always loved sweets – especially unique, colorful ones – and one day I decided I didn’t want to just eat them… I wanted to make them and share them, too! What started in our kitchen with a few candy grapes quickly turned into a full menu of crowd-favorite treats.
With a little help from my family, I turned my love of snacks into a small business that now brings joy to customers at pop-up shops, birthday parties, events, and more. I love seeing people’s faces light up when they try something new – especially the little ones!
What We Offer 🍬
At Nana’s Treats, we specialize in handcrafted, mouth-watering goodies like:
Candy Grapes – juicy grapes coated in fun, flavorful candy crunches in tons of different colors and flavors!
Mini Donuts – fresh, bite-sized donuts with toppings that range from sweet to creative.
Candy Pineapples – tropical, tangy pineapple slices dipped or rolled in sweet coatings that pack a punch.
Custom Orders – special treats for holidays, birthdays, school events, or “just because”!
We’re always experimenting with new flavor combos and ideas to keep things exciting and original.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
A Sweet Lesson in Resilience 🍭
One of the biggest challenges I faced was during my very first pop-up shop. I had worked so hard all week preparing candy grapes, mini donuts, and candy pineapples. But on the day of the event, it rained hard, the power went out, and I even dropped a whole tray of grapes while loading the car.
I was so frustrated and almost gave up. But instead, I took a deep breath, picked myself up, and showed up anyway — with a smile.
And guess what? I sold out! That day taught me that things won’t always be perfect, but if you stay focused and keep going, great things can still happen.
That’s what resilience means to me — and it’s one of the reasons I keep growing as a kidpreneur every day.
Love,
Nana 💕

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
A Lesson I Had to Unlearn: “Everything Has to Be Perfect” 💡
When I first started Nana’s Treats, I thought everything had to be perfect — the treats, the packaging, the table setup, even me. I would spend so much time stressing over tiny details, and if something went wrong, I felt like I failed.
One time, I made a batch of candy grapes that didn’t come out exactly how I wanted. I almost threw them away and started over, even though they still tasted amazing. My mom stopped me and said,
“It doesn’t have to be perfect to be great — it just has to be made with love.”
That really stuck with me.
The Truth I Learned 🌟
I had to unlearn the idea that perfection is the goal. It’s not. Progress is. Creativity is. Showing up is.
Now, I focus on doing my best, learning as I go, and letting my treats — and my passion — speak for themselves. And honestly? My business has grown even more since I let go of the pressure to be perfect.
Love,
Nana 💕
