Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Gianna Sutley. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Gianna thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
One of the biggest risks I’ve ever taken was quitting my corporate job in innovation and business strategy without anything else lined up. On paper, it looked like I was thriving—I had the kind of role people often strive for, with stability and opportunity for growth. But beneath the surface, I was unraveling. I was constantly exhausted, irritable, and disengaged from the things I used to love. I had gained weight, my energy was depleted, and I felt like I was sleepwalking through my days.
It took me a while to recognize what was really happening: I was living completely out of alignment with myself. I had been ignoring the signs my body and spirit were sending me, until finally, I couldn’t anymore. The realization hit that no title or paycheck was worth sacrificing my sense of self. So, I took the leap—I resigned, without another job lined up, without a clear plan, and without the certainty I had always clung to.
It was terrifying, but that decision created the space I didn’t know I so desperately needed. Almost immediately, things began to shift. An unexpected freelance opportunity with Grof Legacy Training USA practically landed in my lap. That work not only gave me flexibility and autonomy, but it also introduced me to an entirely new community of people who were committed to healing, growth, and consciousness. Through that experience, I began training as a facilitator in Grof Breathwork, met spiritual coaches and guides who inspired me, and realized that psychospiritual coaching was a path I wanted to pursue for myself.
Looking back, the risk wasn’t just about quitting my job—it was about saying “no” to what was misaligned so I could create space for the right “yeses” to find me. Today, I have more purpose, joy, and freedom than I ever imagined possible. That leap taught me that sometimes the boldest thing we can do is trust ourselves enough to step into the unknown.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Gianna, and I’m the founder of Nudas Veritas, where I help people navigate moments of transition, transformation, and self-discovery through psychospiritual coaching. My work is rooted in psychosynthesis, a modality that honors the whole person—mind, body, soul, and spirit—and emphasizes integration as the key to true growth.
My own path into this work didn’t follow a straight line. For years, I worked in corporate business strategy, helping companies innovate and grow. But despite external success, I felt deeply misaligned inside. Leaving that career created the space for me to reconnect with my true purpose, which I discovered lies in supporting others on their inner journeys. I trained as a psychospiritual coach, became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, and am now pursuing advanced training as both a Grof Breathwork facilitator and a psychedelic facilitator.
Through Nudas Veritas, I work with clients who feel stuck, disconnected, or in search of deeper meaning. Some are navigating major life transitions; others are seeking integration after profound experiences—whether through psychedelics, other non-ordinary states of consciousness, or simply the challenges of everyday life. My coaching is not about fixing people—it’s about helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom, uncover clarity, and take aligned action.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the practical and the spiritual. With my background in business strategy, I understand the pressures of high-performing, fast-paced environments. And with my training in psychospiritual modalities, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to hold space for the deeper work. This blend allows me to meet clients wherever they are—whether they need structure and accountability, or space to explore the bigger questions of purpose and meaning.
Soon, I’ll be expanding my offerings to include Grof Breathwork workshops and psychedelic facilitation. These modalities are powerful tools for accessing deeper layers of the psyche, releasing old patterns, and cultivating a sense of wholeness. I see my role as a guide and ally—helping people not just access these experiences, but integrate them into their lives in a way that creates real, lasting transformation.
What I’m most proud of is that my work is authentic to who I am. I know what it feels like to be out of alignment, and I know the courage it takes to choose differently. My coaching practice, my future workshops, and everything I offer through Nudas Veritas come from that place of lived experience. More than anything, I want people to know that they don’t have to walk their path alone—there are compassionate guides out there, and I’m honored to be one of them.

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
Other than training and knowledge, I believe the most important ingredient for succeeding in this field is a commitment to doing your own inner work and cultivating a deep respect for not knowing.
In psychospiritual coaching, breathwork, and psychedelic facilitation, clients are always the experts of their own experience. My role is not to interpret, project, or assume what’s happening for them—it’s to create a safe container where their truth can emerge. That requires me to step out of the way, to hold curiosity rather than certainty, and to trust that each person has an inner wisdom that knows exactly where to go.
To do that authentically, I have to continually turn inward myself. The more I’ve worked with my own patterns, shadows, and resistances, the more I can recognize when my ego wants to jump in with solutions or assumptions—and then consciously choose to come back to presence and openness. This is an ongoing practice; I consider myself a student first, always learning from my own process and from the people I serve.
At its core, this work isn’t about being an authority. It’s about being humble enough to listen deeply, brave enough to face your own inner landscape, and grounded enough to hold space without interference. The “not knowing” becomes the gift—it allows transformation to unfold in ways that are often more profound than anything I could have planned or expected.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the most important lessons I’ve had to unlearn is the belief that I needed to perform or present a certain version of myself in order to belong.
For a long time, I thought that being “put together,” agreeable, and capable was the way to earn acceptance and avoid rejection. I hid parts of myself I worried would be judged, and over time that left me feeling fragmented—like I was showing up as different versions of myself depending on the situation.
Through my own inner work, I began to see how exhausting and limiting that was. I realized that the very thing I was avoiding—being seen fully, flaws and all—was actually the key to real connection and freedom. I had to unlearn the idea that vulnerability is weakness and instead recognize it as strength.
This shift has completely changed how I live and how I work with clients. As a coach and facilitator, I know I can only hold space for others to show up authentically if I’m willing to do the same. Now, rather than trying to “get it right,” I focus on showing up as my whole self. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s real—and that’s where the transformation happens.
