We recently connected with Miranda Wendler and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Miranda, thanks for joining us today. Alright, so we’d love to hear about how you got your first client or customer. What’s the story?

I remember like it was yesterday.

I was praying on my next move in business, I knew I was meant to branch out from affiliate marketing to something with more impact.

I heard God say, “It’s time for you to coach women through what I have walked you through…”
I said, “What??”

Being a retired Acupuncturist I had several years and plenty of hours listening to patients and I was always drawn to finding the ‘root cause’ to physical issues.
My approach was holistic.
We would address the spirit, soul, and body, emotions, past trauma, and childhood.

I told God, “you need to bring me the women because I am not sure where to start.”

A few days later, I reached I had a strong nudge to reach out in messenger to a previous coach, I took a network marketing course through her and felt led to reach out and share my heart on what I felt like God was speaking over her and her family.

Within minutes, she inquired on my coaching and booked a call which led to a 6 month long coaching relationship.

When that first dollar came in I was ecstatic and knew my life would never be the same.

I now had PROOF that I could use my gifts to glorify God AND provide for my family, doing what I love!!!!

I was motivated to expand my brand from health and wellness to spiritual growth coaching and have been LOVING it since 2020.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I feel like I have lived 9 lives!

My testimony involves God healing me and my recovery from multiple back to back traumas and going from hellish survival mode, numbed out and only partly functioning on fight or flight, to healed and restored heart, mind, and nervous system.

In my teens to my twenties I was a Military Police in the US Army.
Being on the fast track to higher ranks, I had my daughter who is now 23 years old, and knew it was time for a career change.

I have held the hands and feet of hundreds of women performing manicures and pedicures as a licensed nail technician.

I have helped nurture bodies into their natural healing state as a licensed Acupuncturist, focusing on unhealed trauma, in-balances in the body, aches and pains.

Being a wife to Fred and a mother to our 4 beautiful children and building our family is my most important work.

Wellness is in my blood, so I will naturally always share products or grow as an affiliate marketer with the best products I can find so I can help the most people thrive!!

My previous experiences shaped me for my current profession, a Spiritual Growth Coach.

5 years ago I was prayer walking around our beautiful Wisconsin neighborhood KNOWING I was made to do more and create a deeper impact than affiliate marketing.

I felt a powerful nudge to start coaching women.

I gave God my YES and my business launched within 2 weeks.

I HELP WOMEN CONNECT WITH GOD TO HEAL UNRESOLVED TRAUMA.

Women who work with me range from high level entrepreneurs, successful CEO’S to stay at home Mom’s that are stuck in unhealthy destructive cycles and they for sure don’t want their past or buried unprocessed emotions raising their children.

The space I create for my client is trusting and safe.
It’s like cozying up with a warm blanket and hot chamomile tea but being ready to face HARD ASS things that most women choose NOT to face.

OR their soul doesn’t remember the trauma due to dissociation and self-protection, but the spirit knows and through JESUS we connect in our session to him and ask him to walk my client through recovery and healing.

From years of coaching and seeing breakthrough after breakthrough, I see now that you don’t always have to go through the garbage to take out yo trash!!!!

Most of my clients will go through a journaling exercise I call; The Timeline of Your Life.
Feel free to take this and make it yours!

They write out a timeline starting with age 0 (in the womb is best) and go all the way up to current age.
Then they note and write down what memories come to mind as they are intentional about remembering trauma or what their heart wants them to be aware of.

We go through that timeline together on their private coaching calls with me and focus on priority and what is relevant.

Some coaching questions after circling important trauma or events are:
What lies am I believing about this incident?
Are they true?
What is the truth and what am I going to choose to believe going forward?
Finally, body/heart/brain/inner child, what do you need from me right now?

We wait as the power is in the pause.

I am blessed to be paid for doing what I love but I am also a BIG giver, so I pour my heart, gifts, times, and talents into my free podcast EMOTIONAL HEALING FOR CHRISTIAN MOMS.

I want people to know they can heal right here, right now and their past does not define them.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

The best source of new clients and referrals is……my podcast!!

Before I had my podcast it was the OG word of mouth, which is great too!!

In 2020 I had a clarity call with Stefanie Gass, bomb dig podcast coach extraordinaire.

She encouraged me and challenged me that the world needed to hear my voice.

Shortly after our call, I took action.

I recorded, published, and launched my very first episode in 2o2o and never looked back.

I recently finished her Podcast to Profit course that was life-changing for my podcast.

I learned better strategy, market research, call to actions, and continue to grow in my sales because of the TREASURE that course was.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

I feel like I am the QUEEN of the pivot.

My previous pivots:

From military soldier to single-mother to licensed nail technician to licensed acupuncturist to network marketing to spiritual growth coach.

The story that stands out to me at this moment is the pivot from soldier to a stay at home, single mama.

The year. 2001.
The date. September 11.

I was married (now my ex) and had our daughte Aug of 2001.

Baby Vic was 1 month old and I am sitting in my rocking chair, feeding and burping her while I was watching the news.

I felt like time stopped.

I was holding my breath.

Within days I received orders to Saudi Arabia and my then husband received orders to Kosovo, we were to leave 2 weeks from receiving orders.

I knew that is was time to pivot and leave my military career of 3 years so I could stay home and raise my daughter, so she would have a present Mommy. So she would know me.

All of my dreams of reaching master sergeant and retiring out of the military in 20 years were gone in a blink of an eye.

I know now that I did the right thing, 100% I never doubted it, but it didn’t mean that it changed my life forever.
