We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Meredith Campbell. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Meredith below.
Alright, Meredith thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I launched my own online wellness and fitness business in late 2024, building on years of experience both online and in-person within the health and wellness industry. I created my brand to fully own my vision and share workouts in a way that is authentic, motivating, and reflective of my personal style.
My mission is to cultivate a community of like-minded individuals who want to GLOW UP together—Growth, Longevity, Optimism, and Wellness. Rather than relying on typical “before and after” photos, I lead with passion and energy, inspiring women to feel more vibrant and genuinely look forward to moving their bodies. I believe one workout won’t change your body, but it can change your mindset.
I am open to collaborations and partnerships that help expand this community and support others in their wellness journeys.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I launched my career in 2005 working alongside celebrity trainers like Chalene Johnson and Shaun T, training their fitness instructors and mentoring master trainers. Very quickly, I rose to the top as a Master Trainer myself, featured in countless professional fitness videos for both instructor education and commercial use. I became a familiar face in the industry and a go-to mentor for rising fitness professionals.
My career highlights include being a featured speaker at major fitness and health conferences across the country—including IDEA World 2012 for their 30th Anniversary, where I shared the stage with some of the industry’s most recognized leaders. I built a strong reputation not just as a trainer, but as a brand-builder, educator, and motivator, helping thousands of instructors develop their careers while creating a name for myself as an expert voice in fitness and wellness.
In 2014, my husband and I relocated our young family from North Carolina to Florida. That’s when I transitioned into building my online coaching business—all while raising two little boys. By 2015, after my second son was born, I had scaled my business into a thriving source of income, proving that I could build a brand and run a business from home while still nursing babies. From time to time, I flew to Los Angeles to film professional fitness videos, but my true passion remained with my own clients and my growing community.
By 2020, with my youngest in preschool, I was eager to return to the world beyond my laptop. But when the pandemic hit, I leaned fully back into online coaching. I taught live Instagram workouts every week for over a year, creating consistency and connection when women needed it most. My clients often told me, “I wish we had your workouts to do all the time,” even while they were following programs like Beachbody. That feedback planted the seed for something bigger.
As I watched the ever-changing fitness industry, I realized that the leaders I admired most weren’t just affiliates in someone else’s brand—they were creating their own platforms and communities. That insight pushed me to finally take the leap.
I launched The GLOW App (Growth, Longevity, Optimism, Wellness), bringing my community with me and debuting my signature program: SCULPT!. These workouts blend functional strength training, steady-state cardio, mobility, and core, all built around form-first training and progressive overload—the safest and most effective way for women 35+ to build muscle, boost energy, and feel amazing in their bodies.
Today, my mission is clear: to help women ages 35–70 feel youthful, strong, and confident without the fad diets or punishing workouts that burn them out. Through SCULPT! and my anti-inflammatory nutrition coaching, I teach women how to reduce inflammation, build strength, and create a body—and life—they feel good in.
After nearly 20 years as a fitness professional, speaker, and mentor, I’ve come full circle: combining my early rockstar career with the passion I have now for empowering women to thrive through my own platform.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Hands down, social media and referrals! While launching this new venture, I’ve been able to bring past clients with me and create a brand-new list of clients in just six weeks. This is only the beginning. As I continue to scale, we’ll be layering in social media ads to expand our reach even further.
Right now, the most powerful driver of growth has been authentic connection—diving into my community group, messaging clients directly, and keeping everyone engaged. That consistent engagement is what makes the community thrive and keeps referrals flowing naturally.

Have you ever had to pivot?
There have been two major times in my career when I had to completely pivot.
The first was after my first baby. My husband, who also did my taxes, looked at me and said:
“You make 80% of your income online, but spend 80% of your time running around teaching classes, filming for other companies, and doing live trainings. What if you focused online?”
That was my lightbulb moment. I leaned in, built my first online business, and it took off. Within a short time, I had a healthy six-figure income, paid weekly, and the freedom to work from home, take care of myself, and raise my babies without sacrificing my career.
The second pivot is happening right now. My first online business was shut down when the company restructured and eliminated the Beachbody Coach model. While it was tough, I believe those changes were necessary for the company’s legacy. For me, it meant stepping back, listening to my audience, and creating something uniquely mine.
Now, I’m diving deep into what women love about SCULPT, building out nutrition coaching and 1:1 accountability, and supporting women in their “Glow Up” — losing 20–60 pounds, reclaiming their confidence, and enjoying life along the way.
This pivot is also about collaboration. I’m open to opportunities with aligned companies, brands, and communities, because I know that growth often happens when you step into new rooms, try new strategies, and keep moving forward.
Pivoting isn’t easy, but it always creates space for something better. And I believe this next chapter will be even greater.
