We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Agustina Caminos a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Agustina thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about how you went about setting up your own practice and if you have any advice for professionals who might be considering starting their own?
Starting my own practice wasn’t a single moment, it was a calling that grew louder over time. After years of working in wellness, healing, and spa leadership, I felt the need to create something that fully reflected my vision: a space where ancient wisdom, energy healing, luxury, and soul connection could coexist. I had developed programs, curated experiences, and led teams at Faena for many years, but I knew I had something more personal to offer, a philosophy that needed its own identity.
The first step was clarity. I took time to meditate, to connect with what I really wanted to bring into the world. I asked: What is the essence of my work? Who do I serve? That’s how Agustina Caminos Wellness was born, not just as a brand, but as a vessel for all that I’ve cultivated over the years: retreats, trainings, healing sessions, signature rituals, and sacred product lines.
Then came the structure. I had to move from being the visionary to also being the manager, the accountant, the marketer. I created a business plan, set up legal and financial structures, worked on branding, and chose partners who aligned with my values. I had to step into roles that weren’t always natural to me, which was humbling but also deeply empowering.
Challenges? Many. Balancing creativity with logistics, staying grounded while working on expansive spiritual concepts, navigating the pressure of perfectionism. One of the hardest parts was trusting that people would understand and value something so unique, something not always easy to define in conventional terms.
Would I do anything differently? I would ask for help earlier. I used to think I had to hold it all myself. But when I began collaborating with people who truly resonated with my vision, everything became more fluid and inspired. I also learned to say “no” more clearly, to protect my energy and stay aligned with what I believe in.
My advice for young professionals? Begin with your why. Be honest about your gifts and about the lifestyle you want to live. Your practice should nourish you as much as it serves others. Don’t rush the process, let it be a sacred unfolding. Stay in integrity, value your work, and remember: you’re not just building a business, you’re building a field of energy, a vibration, that will attract everything you need when you lead with love and clarity.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is Agustina Caminos, and I’m a spiritual teacher, healer, and wellness entrepreneur. For over 17 years, I’ve walked the path of service through holistic healing, luxury wellness programming, and sacred rituals that bridge ancient wisdom with modern living. My journey began as a personal search for healing and evolved into a deep commitment to help others reconnect with their essence, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Through Agustina Caminos Wellness, I offer transformational experiences that awaken the heart and elevate consciousness. My work includes energy healing, Pranic Healing, bodywork, meditation, and ritual design, as well as the creation of tools that support this journey into wholeness.
Today, my offerings are expressed through three main brands:
Reza Cacao: A sacred cacao line designed for ceremonial sessions that open the heart, activate clarity, and deepen connection. We source ethically and blend with intention, honoring the spirit of cacao as a plant teacher and ally in spiritual transformation.
AC Wellness: A collection of high-vibrational body products and wellness services that blend botanical alchemy, spiritual intelligence, and ancestral beauty rituals. Each product, from exfoliants to body oils, is crafted not only to nourish the skin, but to cleanse, awaken, and protect the energy body.
Atman Spirit: Our line of conscious yoga mats inspired by spiritual wisdom and intention. These mats are created to support sacred movement, meditation, and embodiment practices, designed as altars for the body.
What sets my work apart is the intentional integration of spirituality, energy work, and sensory refinement. Whether it’s through a healing session, a retreat, a cacao ritual, or a product you use in your home, my intention is always the same: to bring people closer to their inner light.
I’m most proud of the way this path has touched lives, helping people release trauma, ignite self-love, and find clarity in moments of transition or transformation. I’ve had the honor of bringing this work to luxury hotels, corporate wellness programs, international retreats, and one-on-one healing sessions across the globe.
What I want people to know is this:
This work is not about trends. It’s about truth. It’s about remembering who you are, honoring your body and energy as sacred, and walking your path with more grace, purpose, and love. Whether you connect with my brand through a product, a ceremony, or a healing session, you are stepping into a field of intentional energy that’s been created to support your journey home to yourself.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
In the wellness and healing field, presence is everything. Beyond technical skills or certifications, it’s your energy, your integrity, empathy, and alignment, that truly creates transformation for others. People may come to you for a massage, a ceremony, or a product, but what they’re really seeking is to feel safe, seen, and supported.
To succeed in this field, you have to live your practice. That means embodying the values you share with others, committing to your own growth, and protecting your own energy. You become a mirror for your clients, so the more deeply you walk your own healing path, the more you can hold space for theirs.
Also: consistency. This industry requires both spiritual depth and entrepreneurial strength. Building trust, showing up with clarity, and honoring your word is just as important as intuition or creative flow.
In short: presence, alignment, and consistency, that’s the real foundation.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What helped me build my reputation was a deep commitment to authenticity and excellence. I never offered anything I didn’t fully believe in or live myself. Whether it was a healing session, a wellness ritual, a training, or a product, I poured my full presence, heart, and intention into it. People can feel that.
Consistency over the years has also been key. I’ve been doing this work for a long time, and I’ve built trust by showing up with integrity, honoring each collaboration, and holding a high standard, especially in luxury wellness, where refinement and depth must go hand in hand.
Another important factor was creating meaningful experiences that people remember, whether through a transformative ceremony, a sacred retreat, or a product that feels like a ritual in itself. I believe reputation is built when people not only enjoy what you offer, but are moved by it.
And finally, word-of-mouth. When something touches someone deeply, they share it. My clients, students, and partners have been my greatest ambassadors, because they’ve felt the work, not just seen it.
