Having new or innovative ideas is essential to pushing the world forward and so we asked the community to share stories of the most innovative things they’ve done in their career. Our hope is to inspire folks who think only scientists or tech-wizards can innovate – innovation is possible for everyone, regardless of job title or function, industry or geography.

I have a traveling spiritual counseling business in Virginia Beach called No Filter Spiritual Counseling LLC, Which services celebrities, public figures, high profile, and affluent individuals. This is the first celebrity business in the state of Virginia. I also created my own method of therapy called Divine Elevation Therapy. I combine spiritual counseling, Person Centered Therapy, the study of patterns, and I use my own energy. I actually transfer some of my energy to the client through meditation to raise their vibration. This has made U.S history for me being the first black woman to create her method of therapy. I also made U.S. history for the first black woman to have a mobile spiritual counseling business. I have made U.S. history a total of 3 times. Read more>>

I’d been a Diesel mechanic, worked construction, and served in the military before getting my real estate license. I started off equipped with a $200 Asus laptop, a love for caffeine, and YouTube. I knew I had to make ends meet after quitting a well-paying job, refinancing my home, and setting aside just enough to cover six months of bills. Read more>>

Marketing is a courtship dance brands perform to attract the right customers just like the Birds of Paradise. Have you seen them? They go through extraordinary lengths to attract their mate, and so do business owners.
It’s so much harder today to get your ideal client’s attention for more than 0.87 seconds as they doom scroll, let alone listen to a sixty minute sales pitch. Read more>>
