We were lucky to catch up with Zoe Kromer recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Zoe , thanks for joining us today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
I am a business coach for multifaceted female entrepreneurs who want to start or grow a business that is aligned with their unique passions, gifts and talents.
What sets my coaching apart from others in the indsutry is that I show you how to create a thriving, profitable business by being 100% yourself (no need to pick a niche!) – and WITHOUT sacrificing your joy, rest or self care.
My approach is a feminine lens of business that is rooted in honoring the cycles of life, womb and business.

Zoe , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am a business coach for multifaceted female entrepreneurs who want to start or grow a business that is aligned with their unique passions, gifts and talents.
I also host unique, fun and healing retreats multiple times per year all around the globe. These events are powerful spaces where women can come to deepen their relationship to themselves and also experience meaningful, deep connections with other women!
Oh! and I also host an epic podcast that you should probably listen to. It’s called The Multifaceted Woman, stream on Spotify or Apple Podcasts :)

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Yes! Always flowing and pivoting as needed is so key along this path. I recently pivoted to focus more soley on support female entrepreneurs – whereas in years past, my coaching was more broad and general life coaching. I still host retreats and do random mini offers that apply to everyone, but at large, I feel SO passionate about helping women step into the entrepreneurial era with the tools they need to thrive. It felt good to pivot this way because with focus, comes even more growth!

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I’ve been building my social media for many many years. Do not compare your day 1 to someone elses day 1000. Be yourself. See social media as a tool for connection, marketing and spreading your magic – NOT as a measure of your worth, success or loveability. Talk about your offer, product or business idea often. OFTEN. Create a strong personal brand by sharing who you are and showing snippets of your life with the world. Just keep going!
