Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Luna Sadiah. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Luna, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
I quickly realized that psychological warfare in modern culture is one of the most insidious forms of suppression—especially for creatives. Artists, with their vast inner worlds, often find themselves confined to shallow aesthetics, reduced to templates, and stripped of agency by metrics that suggest their value only exists when validated by external approval.
I knew this needed to change.
This understanding led me to create The Avant-Garde Aristocrats (TAGA) INC., a fusion of artistic rebellion, cultural philosophy, and the belief that sovereignty is the highest form of luxury. I set out to challenge the outdated image of the “starving artist,” instead crafting a new archetype: the visionary leader who shapes culture, rather than follows it.
At TAGA, we empower creatives to step into leadership roles by harnessing their artistic abilities as platforms for deeper, often untapped messages. We build both internal and external systems that redefine the paradigms of artistic value, offering not just aesthetic transformation, but a profound shift in self-mastery and purpose.
Our work spans across multiple fields—film, music, fashion—while weaving in elements of philosophy, psychology, and the healing arts. This interdisciplinary approach creates a powerful intersection of psychological insight, visual storytelling, and spiritual truth. The result is more than just creative direction. It’s a holistic framework that grounds my clients’ art in meaning and purpose, allowing their image, voice, and brand to resonate with authenticity. It’s about empowering them to tell their story with confidence, impact, and depth.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m Luna Sadiah, a cultural architect, creative director, and the founder of The Avant-Garde Aristocrats (TAGA) INC., a luxury creative house and cultural think tank focused on strategy, influence, and transformation. My journey began with a keen awareness of the psychological forces hindering both culture and creativity. I witnessed gifted artists being boxed into narrow roles, forced to conform to superficial ideals. This realization sparked my mission: to reclaim artistic sovereignty and redefine creativity as a powerful form of currency.
My work lies at the intersection of art, philosophy, and design. Through immersive editorials, conceptual storytelling, and a deep focus on self-discovery, I use aesthetics as a tool for cultural restoration and psychological clarity.
TAGA INC. disrupts the “starving artist” myth, empowering creatives to become the new aristocracy—those who shape culture, rather than chase it. We influence through evolutionary, positive means, introducing cutting-edge techniques that ultimately shift how our clients perceive their own reality.
Beyond fostering inner transformation, I offer creative direction and curate both digital and physical spaces where visionary minds can connect and challenge mainstream narratives.
TAGA INC. attracts those who feel alienated by traditional systems but are determined to create lasting, meaningful impact. What sustains trust in this vision is not just logic, but the energy and authenticity behind everything I do. The vision remains clear: to serve those who seek depth, challenge convention, and lead culture with intention.
The ethos of TAGA also extends into The Mediator Office, our intellectual arm. This thought studio focuses on mental sovereignty, providing frameworks, essays, and guided inquiries to help individuals recode their perception and reclaim authorship of their inner narrative. Ultimately, everything I do is an invitation to expand—whether through concept, beauty, or truth. From that place, compromise becomes impossible.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
While I don’t define success solely by external metrics, but rather by my own sense of steady inner progress and growth, I do recognize the value of practical frameworks especially when building something visionary from the ground up.
One resource that has profoundly influenced my entrepreneurial mindset is Leila Hormozi. Her strategies for running and scaling a business resonate deeply with me, particularly as a creative who operates in abstract, conceptual spaces. Translating big ideas into tangible offerings and measurable outcomes can be a challenge, and Leila’s insights bridge that gap perfectly.
I highly recommend her content for anyone looking to transform visionary thinking into actionable business systems that truly move the needle. Her strategies ground the creative process in strategy, clarity, and results—essential ingredients for sustainable growth.
She also addresses a critical mindset: the “quitters”—those who fail simply because they let their mood dictate their competence, ability, or success. I used to be one of those people who would start something, not see immediate results, and jump to something “more fitting”—which, in reality, was just another form of quitting. It wasn’t until I immersed myself in her message that I saw this pattern clearly. As a leader, it’s crucial to recognize and address one’s own faults, which is why I only recommend leaders who are self-aware.
Other thought leaders who have shaped my approach include Tony Robbins, Oprah Winfrey, Dale Carnegie, Neville Goddard, and Alan Watts—each of whom emphasizes accountability and personal responsibility both internal and external.
Beyond business frameworks and philosophical teachings, I also find inspiration in the energy and legacies of mentors and icons like Rick Owens, James Baldwin, Helmut Newton, and Grace Jones. These creators have paved transformative paths through their art and thought leadership. Their creative sovereignty fuels my own vision and energy, encouraging me to continually evolve.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Early in my journey with TAGA INC., I experienced a humbling moment during our most recent photoshoot, Statuesque. With a small team of just three, the production wasn’t unfolding as I’d envisioned. As the deadline loomed, unforeseen setbacks began to pile up. Key collaborators pulled out, technical issues emerged, and the pressure intensified.
Ultimately, the results fell short of the vision I had in mind, and I feared I wouldn’t be able to deliver on what I intended. It would’ve been easy to compromise my standards or abandon the project entirely, but I knew this wasn’t just a photoshoot—it was a statement.
I chose to double down, recalibrate the team, and take on roles I hadn’t anticipated. Through the chaos, I pushed forward with fierce determination. I also drew on my background in performing arts, particularly theater acting as a child. On stage, the audience doesn’t see the rehearsal, the missed lines, or the challenges behind the scenes—they only see the performance, the character, and the energy you embody in that moment.
Much like a performance, life and creative work require staying fully present, grounded in your purpose, and committed to your role, even when things aren’t going perfectly.
That experience deepened my certainty and resilience. It reminded me that progress is a process, and as long as I remain true to my vision and keep showing up, the impact will follow.
