We were lucky to catch up with Bacon Man recently and have shared our conversation below.
Bacon , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. When did you first know you wanted to pursue a creative/artistic path professionally?
When I started getting booked for kid birthday parties on my own I felt like I needed to keep it going and be something that my community was missing

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I got in this industry in a way I never thought I would started out doing kid parties and getting booked from my videos on social media
I provide a vibe that only I can create and it goes throughout the whole room
Me wearing my bacon suit and the energy I bring makes me stand out from others anywhere I go I don’t be afraid to be myself or stand out in front of others too lol me awhile to get to this point
I want people to know that I’ve gotten to this point by being myself and putting out the best vibes everywhere I go and believing in myself I can make moments with almost anyone and they love and appreciate my time
The things that I’ve been through helped me get to this point I’ve tried to take my lessons and turn them into positive experiences for people around me I’ve learned that life is bigger than me and having an open mind has helped me be able to know people better and how to treat them respectfully
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
My biggest lesson was basically myself and knowing I can control the things I do more than often and it could’ve taken my life because of the negligence I was allowing myself to go through
Mental health is a true thing and it can destroy you if you don’t take control of it
While I was young I was touched by an older person in my family and it traumatized me for a very long time it took a lot of my teenage years til I was 18 and was able to live on my own learned a lot from that time in 2005 to 2010 I was young and didn’t mingle with a lot of people my age I was very shy didn’t interact with many people I always stayed to myself now I’m all loud and doing the most and making people laugh
What can society do to ensure an environment that’s helpful to artists and creatives?
Have an open mind with creatives we think in our own ways we all have to be open minded when it comes to others and giving that respect we all deserve from one another
