Juna , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
If you want to achieve success, you need to put in the effort, push yourself to your limits, and provide your customers with top-notch results. Achieving my goals in the floral business is something I am determined to do. Every day, I try to come up with new ways to advance my company and better meet the needs of my clientele.

My name is Juna, and I am the proprietor and head designer at Juluxe Events in Orlando, Florida. I decided to pursue a career in the floral industry because I enjoy helping people express their individuality through flowers. I’ve always had a special place in my heart for special occasions like weddings. Innumerable hours were spent in front of the TV as I watched and learned from every episode of My Four Weddings, Say Yes to the Dress, and My Fair Wedding with David Tutera. Throughout the years, I was able to hone my skills and develop Juluxe Events into what it is today. In 2017, I took a chance and dove headfirst into floral design school to hone my skills. Creating luxurious floral arrangements and event decorations is where our company really shines.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Incorporating feedback requests into your employee’s everyday performance is an effective way to boost your company’s development.
Showing your employer’s strength of appreciation by sending a thank you note or pointing out an employee’s effort is another technique that can be used to advance your team.
Management training that emphasizes the importance of identifying and capitalizing on your employee’s individual strengths has been shown to boost morale, employee engagement, and output.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Using a conversational approach to humanize each service interaction, and offer solutions that are adapted to the customer’s personal needs is a great technique to build your brand’s loyalty. In the future, they will think of you first whenever they have a need for your company’s services.
