We recently connected with Henrietta Hadley and have shared our conversation below.
Henrietta, appreciate you joining us today. Too often the media represents innovation as something magical that only high-flying tech billionaires and upstarts engage in – but the truth is almost every business owner has to regularly innovate in small and big ways in order for their businesses to survive and thrive. Can you share a story that highlights something innovative you’ve done over the course of your career?
Building solid relationships in multiple categories of my career has been the game changer to the innovation of a successful 30 year professional journey.
Understanding the value to obtaining mentors throughout my professional development process.
Creating systems that provided support and guidance from my colleagues in areas of development when required.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Henrietta K. Hadley born and raised in Michigan surrounded by Great Lakes and a host of family and friends. Gifted at the age of 7 with the ability to make everyone happy by singing and performing musical theater.
I was confident I would be the next Whitney Houston!! Well staying true to my dreams I attended WMU with a music scholarship and began my college career as a devoted music major to come to the realization that I was more in tune with my creative side and not the music itself and changed my major to Business with a double minor in Marketing and Communications! I found my niche in fostering relationships and building connections along my30 year professional career journey as Executive Director, Adjunct Professor, Speaker, Author and Entrepreneur.
I have traveled across the country training individuals how to obtain their highest potential through networking and leveraging opportunities to obtain their personal and professional goals in this game called Life!!
Being fortunate to move to other states and meet new people is the key to my success building my current brand as the Founder and CEO of Infinite Solutions Consulting Group, LLC created from my heart for individuals seeking advice on how to start or build a business with a specific focus on women, youth and veterans interested in becoming an entrepreneur. These individuals are the fastest growing entrepreneurs with the least access to funding and resources. I have devoted my life to advocating for individuals who need support and guidance during the development stages of building their businesses!! I enjoy working with groups or individuals providing one on one business coaching discussing strategies on how to attract customers and increase productivity.
Over the past four years I have been facilitating business Bootcamps and Pitch Competition for post secondary institutions for students interested in exploring an innovative idea, starting a business or scaling a family business all while obtaining their college education as a way to obtain multiple streams of income during their professional careers.
Currently I am traveling across the country speaking at conferences and sharing Best Practices for building a sustainable brand as an entrepreneurs brand and the art of leveraging partnerships through collaborations!
I plan to release my Henrietta ‘s Hints daily work journal for entrepreneurs and on-line business academy weir individuals interested in various workshops for entrepreneurs in 2026.
If you are interested in discussing your business ideas or starting a business I welcome the opportunity to meet with entrepreneurs one on one or visit their location for a site review on how to maximize your customer engagement through merchandising techniques or speaking to an organization on resources and funding opportunities!! My proudest moments are when my students, clients and friends accomplish their goals based on the impact from my assistance on their journey to their success!
My love for people is exhibited in the way I serve my community!!

Have you ever had to pivot?
Relocating back to Michigan after raising my family on the East Coast In Philadelphia where I raised my family for over 20 years. I also had the pleasure of living in the beautiful town located and in California over five years before meeting my ex husband and raised my amazing daughter. The transition back to Michigan seven years ago was difficult! I moved with the intention that I wanted be closer to my immediate family after my daughter enrolled in college in Atlanta GA and I being near to family in my retirement years would be a great fit unfortunately I did not consider the culture and lifestyle changes I would experience after living in a fast paced metropolis city to a rural area that I had only visited during holidays and special family reunions over the last 30 year the adjustment was challenging!!!
I knew pivoting my mind set and reacquainting myself with my new surroundings and learning my Michigan community instead of doubting my decision about returning back home was imperative to my plans to living my best life during my retirement this would require action on my part to start networking with old and new friends along with building collaborations through volunteering with different organizations and building my reputation across the state and surrounding areas. My volunteer engagement gave me the opportunity meet the movers and shakers of various communities across the state in government affairs and in Business.
Now I can honestly say that one of the best decisions over the last seven years was returning to my home state of Michigan!!
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Networking and attending events with the intent to meet new customers and cultivating the opportunity into new business clients. The art of networking is knowing how to leverage opportunities!!
