We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Caroline Weiss. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Caroline below.
Caroline, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear about the best advice you’ve ever given to a client? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)
“You don’t need to fix yourself—you just need to remember who you were before the world told you otherwise.”
That’s the best advice I’ve ever given a client, and I return to it often.
We live in a world that conditions us to believe we’re broken—that our fears, our triggers, our health issues, or even our cravings are flaws to be fixed or hidden. But in my work with energy medicine and the subconscious mind, I’ve learned that every single reaction or struggle has an origin story. There’s a reason you reach for food when you’re stressed. A reason you feel stuck, shut down, or overly reactive. A reason you keep looping in patterns that don’t serve you, even when you “know better.”
And it’s not because you’re weak. It’s because you’re human.
So many of us walk through life carrying shame for our imperfections—thinking we should be further along, calmer, more disciplined, more healed. But real healing begins the moment we drop the pressure to be perfect and start meeting ourselves with compassion.
The truth is: you’re not broken. You’re brilliantly wired for survival, and everything you do—no matter how messy—was at one point an adaptation meant to keep you safe.
When we begin to understand that, we create space for self-acceptance. We stop shaming ourselves into silence or stagnation. We start listening to the messages in our symptoms, our emotions, and our behaviors. We begin to see that healing isn’t about becoming someone else—it’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.
The uncomfortable parts of yourself or your life aren’t your fault—and they don’t mean you’re broken. They’re simply signals calling for healing, and while the need for healing may not be your fault, it is your responsibility. And that’s the empowering part: your story isn’t set in stone—you have the power to rewrite it.
Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about learning to love the parts of yourself you once rejected and choosing, again and again, to show up as the beautifully imperfect, authentic soul you were always meant to be.
Remembering who we are before the world taught us otherwise creates the foundation for healing. It opens the door to inspired action, allowing us to fill our own cups, see ourselves as worthy, and know that we are enough—just as we are. Imperfectly perfect, and becoming more authentic with each passing day.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
This path was never random—it was always meant for me. Even before I understood it, life was gently (and sometimes not so gently) steering me toward the work I came here to do. Every challenge, every question, every part of my journey carried meaning and prepared me to guide others through their own healing. I didn’t stumble into this work by accident—I was always being called to it. I just didn’t realize it at the time.
For most of my life, I was a seeker. I was searching for answers—to understand why my body felt the way it did, why I experienced so many challenges with my health, anxiety, and emotions, and why I never quite felt like I belonged. I went through years of unexplained symptoms, miscarriages, chronic stress, and a profound sense of isolation. I didn’t have the resources, support, or language to make sense of what I was experiencing. I just knew deep down that something had to change.
That search for healing and understanding eventually led me into the world of holistic wellness. I became a nurse, a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner, and an Energy Medicine practitioner. I also offer Akashic Records readings—one of the most powerful tools I’ve found for connecting people to their soul’s wisdom and unlocking deeply held patterns across time and lineage.
My work today is centered on guiding individuals back to their innate healing power—helping them dissolve limitations, release the emotional and energetic blocks holding them back, and awaken to their most authentic, soul-led lives. Whether it’s through a subconscious breakthrough in RTT, a deep ancestral clearing through the Akashic Records, or a somatic shift during an energy healing session, my clients are reclaiming their freedom.
I hold safe, compassionate space for people to explore the root causes of what’s keeping them stuck—whether that’s chronic stress, self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, unresolved trauma, or a persistent feeling of disconnection. In our work together, they don’t just cope—they transform. They remember who they are beneath the layers of pain, programming, and survival. They learn how to release what no longer serves them and consciously choose what does.
What sets my work apart is the integrative nature of it. I blend science and soul, intuition and technique. I’ve walked this healing path personally, and I know how important it is to feel seen, supported, and empowered—not just treated. My clients aren’t “broken.” They’re brilliant beings who’ve adapted to survive in a world that often asked them to forget who they really are. I help them remember.
I’m most proud of the transformations I witness every day—of watching someone go from disconnected and overwhelmed to clear, confident, and aligned. I get to support people as they rise into their purpose, their joy, their full expression. I
What I want readers and future clients to know is this: You are not alone. You are not broken. You are more powerful than you’ve been led to believe. And you can heal—body, mind, and spirit. My mission is to guide you back to that truth and help you step into the life you were always meant to live—with vitality, freedom, and authenticity.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Honestly, the most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been no strategy at all—just showing up in full alignment with who I am and how I serve. My entire business has been built through word of mouth. Every client, every podcast interview, every collaboration has come from a personal connection, a referral, or a synchronicity that led the right person to me at the right time.
I believe we’re all energetically drawn toward the people and experiences that support our evolution. The clients who find me tend to be highly empathic, intuitive, gifted individuals—often healers or those on the path of awakening. They’re not looking for surface-level solutions. They’re ready to remember who they really are and do the deep work. And because the transformation they experience is so personal and profound, they naturally want to share it with others.
At the heart of it, people refer practitioners they know, like, and trust. And that trust is built not through marketing tactics, but through presence, integrity, and results.
A dear friend once introduced me to the book The Go-Giver by Bob Burg, and it’s been a guiding light in how I approach my work. The Five Laws of Stratospheric Success outlined in the book align perfectly with my philosophy:
The Law of Value – I focus on giving more in value than I ever take in payment.
The Law of Compensation – I serve deeply and authentically, and as a result, I serve more people.
The Law of Influence – I prioritize the wellbeing and transformation of my clients above all.
The Law of Authenticity – I bring my full, true self into every session and interaction.
The Law of Receptivity – I remain open to receiving the right clients, opportunities, and support.
These aren’t just business principles—they’re energetic truths. I trust that when I give from the heart, stay aligned with my purpose, and remain open to receiving, the right people will always find me. And so far, that’s exactly what’s happened.

Have you ever had to pivot?
One of the most defining pivots in my life came when I made the difficult decision to step away from full-time hospice nursing.
For years, I was honored to walk beside individuals and families during some of the most sacred moments at the end of life. It was deeply meaningful work—but also heartbreaking in ways most people don’t see. What ultimately led me to pivot wasn’t the emotional toll of death and dying, but the frustration and limitations of the conventional medical system.
I vividly remember one patient whose only wish was to live long enough to attend his daughter’s wedding. As a hospice nurse, I knew that every moment mattered. I also knew that cancer cells feed on sugar—and that simple dietary changes could potentially help his body hold on just a little longer. But I wasn’t allowed to say anything. I was told, “If you didn’t learn it in nursing school, you can’t teach it to patients.”
That moment broke something open in me. I knew I could help—but only if I was willing to step outside the system. The rules of conventional healthcare were too rigid. They left no room for holistic perspectives, for deeper understanding, for honoring the body’s natural ability to heal or regulate itself—even in end-of-life care.
And yet, I knew in my bones: There is more. There is so much more.
So I made the brave—and terrifying—decision to pivot. I stepped away from traditional hospice care and immersed myself in holistic healing modalities that offered the depth and integration I had always been seeking: Rapid Transformational Therapy, energy medicine, subconscious healing, and Akashic Records work to name a few. These were the tools I needed not only for my own healing journey but to truly serve others at the root level—where real, lasting transformation begins.
To this day, I still work PRN as a nurse. I have deep respect for healthcare providers—most of whom are incredibly compassionate and come into the profession with the purest intentions to serve and uplift others. My years in nursing gave me some of the most profound and beautiful experiences of my life. It was also the catalyst that helped me accept my soul’s calling: to create a safe space where people can find their power within, they can be seen, heard, and supported in healing their own bodies, minds, and spirits—not just managing symptoms, but reclaiming their health.
This pivot wasn’t just a career change. It was a soul-level course correction—one that led me to the deeply fulfilling, transformational work I now do every day.
