We were lucky to catch up with John Eros recently and have shared our conversation below.
John, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
The story behind my mission is to create authority. For a long time I struggled with impersonator syndrome I felt like I was never adequate or capable enough of things I was doing in work when I was knew until I got the hang of things and became an authority figure that the newer people would come asking questions too. The whole purpose behind Ourtalentnow is to help creators who struggle gaining control over an audience or community’s and help them become an authority figure in their niche.
John, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I got into the business from a long line of trying to build businesses and failing hundreds of times. I started T-Shirt businesses, cologne, digital marketing, selling beats I tried it all. I’ve been in the creative space since I was 15 I was producing music and working with smaller rappers around the city I left that to pursue YouTube which helped gain some notoriety almost at 800 subscribers and 1,000 on linkeldn but i struggled a lot in the beginning with impersonator syndrome and wanted to help people overcome that so I started my business Ourtalentnow to do exactly that. Helping people become confident in themselves and becoming authority figures in there respective communities
