We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Gina Tiritilli a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Gina, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.
Being human is about facing risks, stepping out of the ordinary is about taking risks that could potentially pull loose pieces together. I believe every thought, word, and action is a risk since we never know what the outcome will be. It’s best to stay present in each moment, focusing on what’s true for you, not other people’s opinions while still keeping a bird’s-eye view of the bigger process.
Moving into a spiritual point of life from the safety I felt as a life coach for several years was a series of risks. The biggest risk was challenging beliefs from the beginning of my entire existence. I grew up in an Italian Catholic family with strong roots to attitudes, rituals, and formalities from the “old country”. Much of how I followed the belief system in our family was tied to fearful discipline and being careful not to disappoint the adults. As life became stifled by loss, trauma, and eventually apathy, I couldn’t seem to get a grip on my own spirit value, in which we each intrinsically exist. I continued searching for more relational, fulfilling beliefs but there were always too many rules and expectations that deflated joy.
In 2015, I understood in reality that every step forward is a risk. Being human means accepting every uncertainty; even ordinary actions carry unknown outcomes. Real growth only happens when we move forward despite not having all the answers, whether in speaking truth, creating, loving, or letting go. Later while closing in my 70th decade on earth, I didn’t want to spend the rest of my years not understanding. I also knew that these days are meant to share whatever precious wisdom I could gather; essentially it’s not really about me but about leaving the world a better place than when I arrived. It became clear that this was a path I needed to take and risk what I would or maybe would never discover. Choosing to act from one’s soul instead of patterns or conditioning is in itself a sacred risk. Therefore, onward I went into the dark parts of my heart and mind. I researched and investigated anything that I thought, said, or did that shaped my world, discovering what was my responsibility and what I had been carrying since childhood that had nothing to do with me. Essentially, without knowing, I was embodying a current belief of personal responsibility and anything outside of myself is none of my business.
There were moments where my heart felt shattered without hope of recovery; and there were moments of pure joy, surrounded by the light of love to the core of my being. Since then, I take mini-retreats for myself to continue this transformation that requires risk to exchange the known for being aligned within my soul with my spirit which I believe is the part of each of us that knows the truth. It’s exchanging a spiritual comfort zone for moving into a deeper calling, one that requires spiritual honesty and radical self-trust. It’s knowing that only to risk the familiar is when the fragmented pieces of your life come together into divine purpose to live on a higher level of love, grace, and peace within.
I will always be in this process since stopping would mean becoming stagnant. That’s the beauty of it all, where it’s easy to live in respectful awe and wonder of this life, including the challenges. When you let go of controlling or reacting to outcomes and bring your full presence to each choice, you move with a peaceful courage that has no explanation. A bird’s eye view helps you stay grounded in the process, but the real alignment happens one moment, one precarious step, one soul movement at a time. Then it is not reckless, but reverence for life unfolding and shining your light brighter.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My brand has changed over the last 10 years, as well as the services I offer. It began during my years as a massage therapist when clients would share difficulties in their lives. People have always been comfortable talking to me, asking questions about how to live better. I believe it’s because they gravitate to my curiosity of how this life works and my willingness to share the process I’m in. I do in depth research to answer the big questions and sit with intuition, reflecting on life in general and then encourage others to do the same.
I empower individuals to tap into their deepest truth, rise above life’s challenges, and align spiritually, allowing them to receive more abundance in health, wealth, and love. I help people who feel disconnected, stranded, or spiritually unfulfilled reconnect with their divine truth, align with their soul’s eternal purpose, and rise above circumstances that have clouded their identity. Through spiritual mentoring, prophetic insight, and creative guidance, I support individuals in experiencing real transformation in the core areas of health, wealth, and love from the inside out.
What sets me apart is my commitment to people before profit, and my unique ability to receive spiritual insight, not only when writing but in presence with others as well. Is there mission driving your creative journey?
My mission is to help people identify and heal the generational patterns, mindsets, and wounds that have silently shaped their lives and fractured families for far too long. Through spiritual mentoring, prophetic insight, and creative soul work, I guide individuals back to the truth of who they really are ~ eternal, divinely purposed, and deeply loved. Together, we break the cycle, close the chapter of inherited pain, and begin a new story rooted in freedom, alignment, and bold love. Consequently, the result is meaningful understanding and communication to create a new edition of expanded possibilities for everyone.
Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?
I definitely come from another time in the world of business. I believe even as everything in the business world, especially related to technology has changed so quickly, my mind barely had a chance to wrap around one process before another one popped up. I’m not sure if it was shiny object syndrome or the reality of the next thing actually being better than the last. It seems that most of it has calmed down enough now that I’m grasping more of the important pieces. I suppose that wishing something is different takes the same or more energy as actually doing whatever is possible in the moment. It’s not something I think about much because I’ve found that whatever the detours have been or what they might have cost in time, resources, and energy either taught me something significant or have become the actual path. I have no regrets or wishes for my journey, except to continue progressing forward and upward to shine a light on truth.
