Our Story: Where Heart Meets Elegance on a Budget
As a new, older bride in 2022, I anticipated the wedding dress shopping experience to be one of joy and celebration. Instead, I found it to be frustrating, overwhelming, and far more costly than expected. I encountered misleading online marketplaces, less-than-pleasant in-store experiences, and ended up spending thousands of dollars on dresses and alterations—only to feel disappointed in the process.

That experience opened my eyes to a deep need within the bridal industry: a space where brides are treated with care and respect, offered quality gowns at attainable prices, and given an experience that feels just as special as the occasion they’re preparing for.

I felt a calling from God to take action. What started as a personal frustration turned into a passion to serve—to create something better for brides like me. I immersed myself in the bridal industry, learning every aspect from behind the scenes to the fitting room floor. Becoming a Bridal Stylist was only the beginning.

In March 2023, Boujee on a Budget Bridal was founded in the living room of our home. By April, we had transitioned to a cozy at-home boutique, and in November, we proudly opened our first storefront in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Our mission is clear: to provide every bride with exceptional service and beautiful, high-quality gowns—without the overwhelming price tag.
