Asia , appreciate you joining us today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?
“From Motown to the Metroplex: The Rise of Juggernaut Ent Media”
Born and raised in Detroit, the cradle of Motown, Me Asia Farrd I grew up with soul music in my blood and a vision in her heart. Watching legends come and go from the city that defined a sound, I dreamed not just of making music—but of owning the label .
Tired of being underestimated I took a risk and a liking to a artist Named TPB THE JUGG, jugg took a leap. I took the little savings I had and cut ties with old vision of corporate music, and founded Juggernaut Ent Media— A independent label with a mission: empower raw, overlooked talent and run things my way.
Detroit made me, but i knew growth meant movement. So I packed up my life and relocated to Dallas—a city with grit, hunger, and a music scene ripe for disruption. With no guarantees, no big investors, and just a beat-up studio and a bold vision, I got to work.
Today, Juggernaut Ent Media is known for breaking artists, producing culture-shifting content, and redefining what it means to be a female executive in a male-dominated industry.
Motown gave me my roots. Dallas gave me wings. And the risk? It made me a boss. of Juggernaut Ent media.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
A proud Detroit native and the founder of Juggernaut Ent Media—an independent music and media label built on bold vision, hustle, and heart. Coming from the city that birthed Motown, music has always been more than sound—it’s been legacy, expression, and power. As a Black female executive, I created Juggernaut Ent Media to break barriers, empower raw talent, and bring authentic stories to life.
After planting the seeds in Detroit, I relocated the company to Dallas, Texas, where culture meets creativity and independent artists are hungry for real opportunities. Juggernaut Ent is more than a label—it’s a movement focused on building careers from the ground up, maintaining ownership, and staying true to the artistry.
Our first signed artist is TPB THE JUGG, a lyrical force with street wisdom, raw emotion, and a magnetic presence. He embodies everything Juggernaut stands for—grind, authenticity, and elevation. From studio sessions to strategic releases, I’m hands-on every step of the way, turning dreams into momentum.
At Juggernaut Ent Media, we don’t follow trends—we build legacies.
From Motown roots to Dallas dreams—this is just the beginning.

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?
How I Met TPB THE JUGG — The Beginning of Juggernaut Ent Media
The story of how I met TPB THE JUGG isn’t just about music—it’s about purpose and perfect timing.
Back when I was still in Detroit, I was quietly building the foundation of Juggernaut Ent Media. I knew I wanted to launch the label with someone special—an artist with more than just talent, someone with vision, hunger, and something real to say. I wasn’t looking for gimmicks or image. I was looking for impact.
One night, I was invited to a lowkey showcase through a mutual contact. It wasn’t glamorous—just raw mic, dim lights, and hungry artists giving everything. That’s when I heard him: TPB THE JUGG. His energy hit different. Grit in his voice, pain in his verses, and confidence that couldn’t be taught. He didn’t just rap—he testified.
After the show, I introduced myself—not as a label exec, just as someone who respected his craft. We talked for hours. What struck me most was his mind. He wasn’t just an artist—he was a visionary. He had the street game, the music, and a plan, but what he needed was someone who believed in building with him, not off him.
That’s when we both knew: this wasn’t just artist and manager—it was partnership.
Since then, we’ve built Juggernaut Ent Media brick by brick—me handling the vision, business, and branding, and JUGG bringing the sound, the soul, and the story. Together, we’re not just making music—we’re creating a legacy.
From that first meeting in Washington DC to running a movement in Dallas, it’s been nothing but real. And we’re just getting started.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
At Juggernaut Ent Media, we’re not just a team—we’re a tribe. Here’s my core advice for building and keeping a strong, motivated crew in this business:
1. Lead with Vision, Not Ego
Your team needs to see the why behind the grind. Share the mission, paint the bigger picture, and let everyone know their role matters. People don’t follow bosses—they follow purpose.
2. Hire Passion, Train Skill
I look for hunger over hype. Skills can be taught, but drive, loyalty, and creativity? That’s in the heart. Surround yourself with people who believe, not just people who want a check.
3. Create a Culture of Ownership
Everyone at Juggernaut is treated like they’re building their legacy too. From interns to producers, I let them bring ideas, take risks, and get credit. When people feel ownership, they give 100%.
4. Protect the Energy
Toxic attitudes kill progress. I don’t tolerate ego, drama, or lazy energy. A tight, positive environment breeds loyalty, creativity, and growth. Check-in with your people. Let them be heard.
5. Celebrate the Wins (Big or Small)
Whether we hit 1,000 streams or land a major feature, I make sure we stop and celebrate. Recognition fuels morale. Your team needs to feel the movement, not just work for it.
6. Invest in Growth
I bring in mentors, workshops, even just real convos. If you want loyalty, show your team you care about their evolution—not just what they can do for you today.
Bottom Line:
Managing a team at Juggernaut Ent Media is about respect, communication, and culture. I don’t build with people who just want to be around success. I build with people who want to grow it—with me.
And as long as we keep it real, stay focused, and move with love for the craft? The morale stays high. Always.
