We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Raphaella Silva a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Raphaella, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
One of the risks I’ve taken as an entrepreneur was combining my many practices. I’ve been a multihyphenate for as long as I can remember, and since there wasn’t a specific term to describe people like me, I was often labeled as scattered for moving from one idea to the next.
In 2023, after losing my job, I decided to reinvent my coaching business for the 3rd time. As much as I loved connecting with my clients, I also loved teaching and spirituality, A few months later, ANEW Life School was born.
An online school that provides holistic educational programs that honor your inner and outer world. I offer tools and teachings that bridge spiritual practices with real-life strategies so you can grow emotionally, align spiritually, and make practical, empowered choices for your life and career.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
As a multihyphenate creative, educator, healer, and entrepreneur who has spent over 15 years integrating mind, body, and spirit work into everything I offer. I’ve always been someone who followed the thread of curiosity and purpose, whether that meant working in web and brand design, teaching emotional intelligence, guiding healing circles, or coaching women back to their power.
For years, people tried to label me as scattered because I wore many hats, but I’ve come to understand that being multifaceted is my superpower. What connects all of my work is a deep commitment to helping people come back to themselves, regulate their nervous systems, realign with their truth, and live fully expressed lives.
I offer emotional intelligence workshops, personal coaching, spiritual wellness programs, project consulting, and creative strategy. I’ve supported individuals and organizations in creating clarity around their purpose, improving communication, managing stress, and building heart-centered systems that work. I show up with compassion, practical tools, and a deep well of lived experience.
What sets me apart is my ability to bring structure to the emotional and spiritual world. I make complex concepts simple. I create space for people to feel safe while also moving forward. I don’t just teach—my work is invitational. It invites people to reimagine what healing, leadership, and creativity can look like.
I want people to know that my brand isn’t just about services, it’s about transformation. When you work with me, you’re saying yes to being seen, supported, and stretched into your next version, authentically and with intention.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
A few years ago, I found myself at a real turning point. I had just lost my job, and while uncertainty wasn’t new to me, this time felt heavier. I was tired, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. I needed space to breathe, to feel, to figure out what was next. So I made a bold choice and went to Bahia, Brazil, with just a carry-on and a deep need to reset.
It wasn’t about escaping. It was about remembering. I spent time near the ocean, in silence, in movement, in prayer. I danced again, not for a stage or an audience, but to reconnect with myself. I journaled, I cried, I listened. I didn’t have a plan. What I had was knowing that I couldn’t keep living out of alignment with myself.
That time in Bahia became the foundation for what I now offer: emotional intelligence workshops, healing programs, creative strategy sessions, and a sacred space for people to remember who they are. I rebuilt everything from that quiet, surrendered space—and not only did I come back stronger, I came back softer, clearer, and more grounded in my truth.
Resilience, to me, isn’t about pushing through. It’s about pausing, listening, and having the courage to begin again.
Do you think you’d choose a different profession or specialty if you were starting now?
If I could go back, I’d pick this path again, no question. It hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge taught me something important. I love the work I do because it’s real and it helps people get clear, feel seen, and live in a way that feels good to them.
Maybe I’d be kinder to myself along the way and trust the timing more, but honestly, I wouldn’t change much. The ups and downs brought me here, and this work is exactly where I’m meant to be.
