We were lucky to catch up with Troy Griffin recently and have shared our conversation below.

My legacy, is about blending insight and integrity. I want to be remembered for using my intuitive abilities to help people find clarity and healing, and for advocating for the professional credibility of psychic work in the modern world. My mission has always been to show that this work can be both deeply personal and profoundly professional—guided by empathy, ethics, and a genuine desire to help others connect with their own higher wisdom. If, through my work, people feel a little more empowered, a little more understood, and a little more open to the mysteries of life, that’s the legacy I hope to leave behind.”

Troy, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

For those who may not have heard of me, I’m Troy Griffin, a psychic medium, criminal intuitive, TV personality, and manager with a passion for helping people find answers and healing through spiritual insight. My journey began over two decades ago when I met someone in a friend’s gift shop—a psychic who asked me if I was one too. At the time, I was 40 years old and had never considered myself a “psychic,” a term I’m not particularly fond of. While I knew many psychics, I had never read cards or explored psychic practices before. However, I was known for answering people’s questions with surprisingly accurate answers, even though I didn’t think of it as anything special.

When she asked if I was psychic, I surprised myself by saying “yes.” She then asked me about an investigation case she was working on, and I was able to immediately share thoughts and insights that were highly accurate—despite knowing nothing about the case or this person beforehand.

A few weeks later, I had a powerful dream or vision—whatever you want to call it—where a young person who had crossed over came through to me. This experience led me to do some research on the case, again with remarkable accuracy. After that, I was stunned and began a long period of soul-searching and prayer, asking what I was supposed to do with these gifts, how they fit with my Christian beliefs, and what my wife would think.

Ultimately, I realized this was a calling from God. So I moved forward and began my public intuitive career—without any formal training, courses, or education. My work has always been, and still is, 100% natural and intuitive. Over time, my gifts have expanded to include general psychic insights, mediumship, empathic work, clairvoyance, and remote viewing.
Today, I’m proud that through my career and television work, I’ve been able to help hundreds of thousands—if not millions—of people worldwide move forward in their lives. I’m especially proud to work through my agency, collaborating with other amazing professional intuitives in mass media to show the world that we are real people with real gifts from God, here to help others find clarity, answers, and the courage to move forward on their journey.

I offer private readings, corporate event services, and media appearances that showcase the power of intuition. I also founded Intuity Talent and TLGriffin LLC, dedicated to vetting and certifying intuitive practitioners so they can be recognized as the professionals they are. My work is about building bridges—connecting people with messages from loved ones, guiding them through life’s big questions, and showing that psychic work, when done with integrity, can be a trusted, transformative resource.

What sets me apart is my commitment to professionalism and ethics. I take pride in not being just another psychic voice—I’m an advocate for higher standards and for elevating this work in the eyes of the public. My proudest moments are when clients walk away feeling clearer, stronger, and more hopeful, and when I see the growth of the professional community I’m working to build.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

The best advice I can offer is to lead with transparency, empathy, and purpose. Transparency means being clear about your goals, expectations, and challenges so your team feels informed and valued. Empathy is about listening to your team’s needs and perspectives, and creating a safe environment where they can bring their whole selves to the work.
Purpose is what ties it all together: helping everyone understand how their work contributes to the larger mission and why it matters. When people see the impact they’re making—especially in a field like ours, where we’re helping people find clarity and healing—it can be incredibly motivating.

Finally, don’t forget to celebrate the small wins along the way. Acknowledge people’s efforts, encourage creativity, and be open to growth. When your team feels seen, heard, and part of something meaningful, high morale becomes a natural outcome.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The most effective strategy has been authenticity and building genuine connections. In the intuitive field, trust and credibility are everything. I’ve focused on delivering high-quality, accurate work that speaks for itself and leads to word-of-mouth referrals.

At the same time, I’ve embraced modern tools—like social media, podcasts, and media appearances—to reach a wider audience and showcase the professionalism of intuitive work. Transparency about who I am and what I stand for has also been key; people respond to honesty and consistency.

Ultimately, my approach combines old-fashioned relationship-building with modern visibility strategies. By blending those two worlds, I’ve been able to grow my clientele and, more importantly, build a community of people who trust and value the work I do.
