We were lucky to catch up with Dexter Davis recently and have shared our conversation below.

Dexter, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your creative career sooner or later?

I absolutely wish I would have started creating sooner, I believe I’d be further along in this endeavor if I had , obviously being a late bloomer isn’t that terrible, being a responsible parent to 3 children help my personal pursuits at bey , until I was able to focus all my efforts towards my what I’m doing today

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Well , to be quite frank , the service I provide to my followers or clients more than anything is exposure, exposure to my over 40.000 subscribers (and rising) for them to see there art , products, or expertise in there fields , as well as entertain and uplift at the same time , I’m truly most proud of my growth after dedicating myself to my brand and its success as well as helping uplift others

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

I had to learn to stop doubting myself and learn to take a chance on my dreams of being a content creator as well as a media company owner , it is tough getting out of your own damn way sometimes, but with a trust in God and some work it can happen

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

My ultimate goal is to have a thriving media entity and start a non profit called the puzzle piece foundation to help low income individuals grow in life
