We were lucky to catch up with Greg Barwick recently and have shared our conversation below.
Greg, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
I started getting involved in MensWork because when I experienced mental health challenges firsthand as a man in my mid 20’s, I quickly realized how few spaces there were to actually talk about the experiances I was facing & how limited the support options were.
The support systems I needed simply didn’t exist—the mainstream healthcare system had important stepping stones in the prliminary stages though I soon became aware that these services wern’t going to support my long term vision of thriving. The more I leaned into this personal development work, I began to see how this lack of support for men wasn’t just a personal issue—it was a systemic one.
And so, I began piecing it together myself. Over the years that followed, I immersed myself in a wide spectrum of personal growth pathways—drawing from both top down and bottoms up styles of healing & personal development. Jungian psychology, shadow work, and NLP, as well as mainstream therapy, breathwork, meditation retreats, and men’s work. I explored a range of modalities designed to reprogram the subconscious mind and I integrated deep spiritual teachings, all of which helped me reconnect with a renewed sense of purpose and meaning. I travelled, studied, and trained with multiple organizations—committed to uncovering the wisdom, practices, and tools that could support true, lasting transformation.
Through this journey, I built a framework for not just surviving, but truly thriving—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as a man. I realised at this time as I started to rise from that dark period of my life that if I had someone to teach me these teachings and tools during my mental health challenges that alot of my pain could have been avoided and alot of time saved.
This was the moment the fire lit within me—to bridge the gap between the mainstream healthcare system and the transformative tools that I had found supported me and other men soo deeply. I made a promise to myself—and to God— I would dedicate my life to using everything I had to help as many men as possible rise too.
That’s how Brazen Brotherhood came to life. I saw a clear need—especially in Australia—for grounded, empowering, and practical support systems that actually meet men where they are. Together with the team that gathered around this mission, we set out to share the tools we had each discovered on our own healing and professional journeys as wellness practitioners. Our goal: to make these resources accessible to the mainstream and to complement, not compete with, the existing healthcare system—bridging the gap between clinical care and real, embodied transformation.
Brazen Brotherhood isn’t just a program—it’s a movement. We gather as men to get fit, build emotional resilience, reclaim our power, and sharpen our leadership. We use proven tools—breathwork, subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation, and deep self-inquiry—to create sustainable change. It’s a place where men can rise, together.
Because that’s what men’s work is: not just a space for healing, but a space to become the man you know you’re capable of being. We don’t rise alone. We rise faster, stronger, and more grounded when we’re surrounded by other men on the same path.
We were never designed to do it along and we dont have too.
This wasn’t just a business idea. It was a call to action & a deep source of meaning for me. Knowing the impact this would have—not just on individual men, but on their relationships & families. What continues to drive me is this simple truth: when men thrive, households thrive. And when households thrive, they become wholesome enviroments for healthier kids, stronger partnerships, more conscious leadership.

Greg, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Hi Im Greg Barwick, Men’s Wellness Advocate, Founder of Brazen Brotherhood, Speaker & Coach
My mission is clear: to make men’s work accessible to every man. To take the life-changing tools, practices and teachings—once reserved for remote retreats and deep wilderness immersions—and bring them into everyday life, where they can make the biggest difference.
decade of experience guiding elite Men into their next evolution. His work blends movement, mindset, biohacking, and energetics—supporting clients to move from scattered and stressed to embodied, focused, and fulfilled. With roots in men’s work, hi performance sports and peak performance consulting, Greg specializes in helping those who lead others realign with their genius and forge legacies built on truth, vitality, and vision.
Brazen Brotherhood was born from this mission. I poured years of heart, sweat, and vision into building a grounded, empowering space for men to heal, grow, and lead. Over time, I began to see another calling emerging: to evolve beyond being at the center of the work and instead create space for other men to step forward and lead. That’s why I stepped into an advisory role within Brazen—an act of trust and of knowing that leadership also means letting go when the season calls for it.
This transition led me naturally into a broader role as a men’s wellness advocate connecting people too and spreading the word about the power and need for mens work in our communities—supporting other startups and organizations in men’s work, mentoring emerging leaders and offering business coaching to those who, through their personal growth, had discovered a desire for deeper purpose in their personal & professional lives.
From one-on-one coaching to corporate workshops, my work centers on the power of healthy masculine dynamics in leadership and life. I specialize in merging nervous system mastery, embodiment practices and strategic clarity to help high-performing individuals build legacies that feel as good on the inside as they look from the outside—without burnout, chaos, or losing themselves along the way.
I guide founders and their teams from overwhelm, distraction, and disconnection into embodied, decisive leadership—transforming performance from hustle-based to presence-driven, where leaders are remembered for how they make people feel.
Together, we:
Shift from scattered and reactive to grounded and magnetic
Refine focus, elevate leadership, and sharpen personal power
Bridge physical vitality with wholesome business practices
At the heart of it all: a belief that when men reclaim their energy and lead from the inside out, they become more powerful partners, more effective leaders and more radiant human beings that build households and companies that don’t just succeed, but thrive.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
I believe relationships are the foundation where success is built. In my experience, having strong relationships within an organization isn’t just “nice to have”—it’s vital. When the leadership team is aligned, connected, and working well together, it naturally creates a culture of trust, clarity, and shared purpose.
That internal cohesion doesn’t just stay behind the scenes—it becomes the culture. Your clients, customers, or community don’t just engage with your service; they feel the integrity and warmth of the environment you’ve built within your core team and the collective values you hold. That kind of energy is magnetic create the foundations for the whole organisation.
My experience has taught me to build and prioritise nurturing relationships first—and the results will follow naturally.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
One of the most significant pivots I’ve made was stepping into an advisory role within Brazen Brotherhood and creating space for other men to step up and lead the organization. It wasn’t an easy decision—Brazen was something I poured years of heart, sweat, and vision into. But I’ve come to deeply believe that when we’re true to ourselves, we recognize that life moves in seasons. And with each season comes a natural evolution.
When we’re willing to listen to that shift, it keeps us passionate, aligned, and open to our own continued expansion. Letting go of control didn’t mean stepping back from the mission—it meant expanding the impact by allowing others to rise.
Sometimes, the greatest leadership move is releasing the need to be at the center and instead creating space for others to lead. It’s not about ego. It’s about listening, evolving, and recognizing when it’s time to plant new seeds—not just for yourself, but for everyone around you.
That pivot allowed me to step more fully into becoming an advocate for men’s health and wellness—to bring deeper awareness to the challenges men face, and to connect more men to the spaces and tools that can support their growth.
