We recently connected with Jessie Mcmillan and have shared our conversation below.
Jessie, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you share a story with us from back when you were an intern or apprentice? Maybe it’s a story that illustrates an important lesson you learned or maybe it’s a just a story that makes you laugh (or cry)?
I worked for a guy selling medical equipment at conventions all over the USA.
Each weekend we would drive from state to state setting up to sell our equipment at conventions.
We would stay at the cheapest hotels just to maximize our profit.
I learned from one of the best salesmen in the industry.
Later on I started my own rival business.

Jessie, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I was on pain medicine for 15 years suffering from 2 degenerate discs and severe sciatic pain.
I was trying everything I could to heal while at the same time working like crazy to help people with their injuries.
I knew our products were the best for certain types of pain and Injuries.
I sold and now sell, electrical muscle stim devices, compression devices , and infared light therapy devices.
Working with a very hard boss taught me everything I needed to know to start my own business after I left.
I think what sets us apart is our compassion and care for the clients.
Higher standard not only helps heal injuries , we also guide people to prevent them also.
Once a client , always a client when you purchase anything form us. We want you to succeed in whatever your goal may be.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
When working in a traveling sales business for someone else I was suffering from chronic pain.
We traveled from state to state and worked long hours.
I learned to do whatever it takes to not only be the best on the industry , but to provide the best care for anyone who approached us.

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
Other than my knowledge and training . I think it takes bettering yourself to become the best!
The more self disciplined you become , the version of yourself you become. When you become the best you , people notice and are happy to work with you and give you their business.
