Decio, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
The mission is to inspire and empower as many individuals as possible through creative design, while building a top-tier digital media agency. At the core of this mission is a deep commitment to helping others recognize the value of their natural talents and showing them how to turn creativity into opportunity.
Many talented individuals struggle to find a path forward either due to lack of guidance, exposure, or support. I aim to be an example of how consistent work ethic, passion, and perseverance can break through those barriers. Even without external support, inner drive and dedication can create a light that others can’t ignore.
While some may overlook your efforts, there will always be those who recognize your authenticity, your hustle, and your vision. That recognition creates momentum and ultimately connects you with the right people to elevate your craft and your business.

Decio aka “GrindKing” is an El Dorado, Arkansas born Music Artist/Graphic Designer/Music Producer/Google Certified Digital Marketer, Founder of Frawr Clothing, CEO/CoOwner of DNA Custom Apparel alongside his fiancee, Founder of Grind King Executives and gifted Graphics Designer at Eye Of Decio with a zeal to improve and induce a new line of music in the 21st Century.
With recent developments, Decio has proven to be the march marker in capturing desired sound, placing it top on the list and adding a touch of perfection to the desired soundscape. He’s recently been able to gain a Publishing Deal.

This he used as a medium to prove that hard work and skill act alike when put in a good display. However, he remained relentless in all other areas of life as a model of talent and excellent time user.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
There was a period in my journey when nothing seemed to align, and I had to step back from my creative work to reset and refocus. I experienced significant setbacks—losing nearly everything and having to start over, more than once. During that time, the weight of failure and depression became very real.
But through faith and resilience, I found the strength to regroup and rebuild. With God’s guidance, I wasn’t led astray. I regained my clarity, reclaimed my passion for design, and now I’m sharing my story—not just as a creative, but as a testament to perseverance and purpose.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Promotion, promotion, promotion. I’ve gained new clients daily each time I promote a deal or what I have accomplished through my talents, new or old
