Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Alex Franke. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alex, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you recount a time when the advice you provided to a client was really spot on? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)
I tell my clients all the time:
No one’s gonna die if you choose yourself, and if someone does have a problem with it? They were probably never really for you in the first place.
That might sound bold, but every woman I work with hits that point where they’re done… done carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs… done pretending they’re fine… done settling.
And I’ll ask them,
“When is enough, enough for you?”
“How much more of this are you willing to take?”
For one client, that moment led her to quit her toxic corporate job and go all in on her business.
For two others, it meant asking their husbands to move out. Not out of spite, but because they needed breathing room to figure out who they were and what they really wanted.
And the wild thing?
On the other side of that decision they got the respect they’d been missing.
They got the support they were afraid to even ask for.
And the opportunities started pouring in. Because their energy was finally clear, open, and aligned.
Choosing yourself doesn’t mean blowing up your life. It just means you stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.
That’s the shift. And that’s where everything starts to change.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Hi, I’m Alex.
I’m not the kind of coach who talks at you from a pedestal. I’m someone who’s been through it. I know what it’s like to be high-functioning on the outside and completely disconnected on the inside.
I spent years climbing the corporate ladder, leading teams, hitting goals, doing everything I was supposed to do. From the outside, I looked successful. But on the inside, I was constantly second-guessing myself. Carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations. Numbing out. Burning out. Repeat.
And then I became a mom. And everything I had been barely holding together with perfectionism and productivity cracked wide open.
I hit my edge. The version of me who could push through anything? She was gone. I didn’t recognize myself. I was exhausted, overstimulated, and angry that I had done everything “right” and still felt so wrong.
That’s when I found Human Design.
It didn’t fix me. (I wasn’t broken.) But it gave me a language for who I was under all the conditioning. It helped me see that I was never meant to lead, parent, or live the way I’d been taught to. I started experimenting with what alignment actually felt like in my body. I learned how to trust myself again. And I made the scariest, most freeing decision of my life: I started my coaching business.
Now, I help women who are exactly where I was.
Women who’ve done the therapy, read the books, achieved the goals, but still feel stuck in patterns that don’t feel like theirs. Women who are tired of holding their breath, waiting for the next breakdown, and just want to feel like themselves again.
My work blends Human Design, nervous system support, somatics, mindset, and raw, honest conversation. I help women, through Human Design readings, 1:1 coaching, and my Empower360 membership(launching this fall) get clear on who they are, how they’re designed to move through the world, and how to lead themselves through the mess, not avoid it.
What sets me apart? Every single thing I teach is something I’ve lived. Every tool, I’ve used. I am my work. And when I coach, I bring all of me. The grit. The softness. The truth.
If you’re looking for a space where you don’t have to pretend to be fine, where you can finally say “I’m not okay” without being judged, and actually get the tools to shift that? I’ve got you❤️

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Honestly, I used to think I had a visibility problem. A fear of being seen.
Like, “I just need to show up more. Post more. Be louder.” But what I’ve learned is, it was never about being seen. It was about being seen when I wasn’t fully in alignment.
In the three years I’ve been in business, especially as a 1/3 Sacral Manifesting Generator, my whole process has been trial and error. That’s literally how I’m designed to grow; by trying things on, seeing what works, and letting go of what doesn’t.
And what I’ve had to release over and over again… is the pressure to force something that doesn’t feel right, just because it makes sense on paper.
I thought coaching corporate women was my path because I know that world. I lived in it for 17 years. But every time I tried to niche myself into that space, something felt off. Like I was editing myself to fit a box.
The resilience came in staying in it. Not quitting, not burning it all down, but giving myself permission to pivot. To say, “Okay, this version of my business doesn’t feel right anymore… so what does?”
And what I found is that I’m here to serve women. Period. The ones who are spiritually curious and ready for change, whether they’re in corporate, entrepreneurs, or figuring life out in between.
Resilience, for me, has been about honoring the evolution. Staying curious when things don’t click. And trusting that alignment is allowed to shift as I grow.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been authenticity-hands down.
Not just “being real” online, but actually speaking my truth. Sharing what’s really happening behind the scenes. Owning the messy middle, the pivots, the lessons I’m still learning.
Because the truth is, people don’t connect with perfection, they connect with realness.
The more I let go of trying to sound polished or “clear” and just spoke from the heart, the more messages I started getting from women saying, “This is exactly what I needed to hear.”
That authenticity creates trust.
And trust creates clients.
Human Design has helped me understand that, as a Manifesting Generator, I’m not here to follow one set path. I’m meant to pivot, explore, and share what lights me up even if it looks nonlinear from the outside. And when I show up in that energy? It’s magnetic.
So yes, content matters. Strategy helps.
But what converts the most for me is
Authenticity. Alignment. And real connection.
That’s what builds a business that lasts.
