We recently connected with Cyrus Webb and have shared our conversation below.
Cyrus, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
I am really hoping my legacy is that I show people what is possible. I came from humble beginnings and have been able to build a business and brand based on my passions for only 22 years. My story is one of perseverance, determination and faith. I want others to look at my work and say that if Cyrus Webb could achieve what he has in life, then surely I can go after my own goals and dreams as well.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I have always loved to write and draw. Growing up those were my passions and that is what I wanted to pursue. My journey led me to do other work over the years, but I never gave up on my passion. Today I have the honor of pursuing full-time the very things that I have always loved and more.
I’m an Amazon bestselling author of 4 books (WORDS I CHOOSE TO LIVE BY, My Journey in Haiku, Minding Your Business, A.J. and the Talent Show), publisher of Conversations Magazine/Mississippi Success Magazine and Books You Need to Read Magazine, a media personality of 22 years on the radio and podcast, an on camera personality for Amazon as well as a publicist and brand strategist. In 2025 I became the host of the art show The Art Spot on Amazon as well.
My life is proof that when you stay true to your goals and dreams—and do the work—anything is possible.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I am a firm believer of if you build it (and nurture it), they will come. My approach to social media has been that of service, not selling. I try to offer value and not just share what my business sales or promotes. That is key for building an audience that will support you, engage with you and share what you have to offer.
If you give your audience what they want, they will reward you for it.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding thing for me as a creative is that I get to inspire, entertain and motivate. That is the great thing about the arts. It’s a shared space that we get to enjoy—and I love that we can share that together either in visual art, spoken art or the written word.
