Jaron , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear your thoughts about family businesses.

I have build a business with me Wife, Her parents and My parents and we had to hire a consoler and separate and move on. I am currently back renting space from my parents who bought us all out of our equity. I have my kids working with me know. I have lots of thoughts on family business and what not to do and what to do. The biggest take away is to be honest from the start what everyone wants out of the business and what you are willing to sacrifice to make it work. Just saying we want to build an amazing company is a terrible idea. Everyone has different visions and goals in the business and life and not understanding that is going to break it all about.

Jaron , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Never intended to be in the pet space. Just kept trying to figure out something in business to work and got invited to join a company in this space and then went off on my own to build out All American Canine.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

I have sold everything my house / Cars / all my savings and crypto on my last adventure that failed before All American Canine. And know I have started over with a wife and Kids no home and living with other family’s bouncing around to make this work.

Can you talk to us about how you funded your business?

Took out a Credit Card for $75K dollars and and bought out 2 business partners within 6 months of starting All American Canine. How i got that much line of credit is too much to write here. But had zero Income at the time and got that. Raised money from friends and Family and currently in my next raise that is about to close for $300,000 at a 3 Million valuation on the company.
