Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Grace Grossmann. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Grace, thanks for joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
The meaning behind my mission is what makes me a multidisciplinary, passion-led mentor. Altruism: simple as. I am here to help, as we all are, in my opinion. Since the passing of my best friend at 21 due to mental health issues, I have made it my mission to spread my sunshine mindset to help others heal themselves from within. Going through mental health issues myself now, too, has refined and reattuned my work to a holistic healing approach: we can heal ourselves from anything and everything when we take the mind, body, soul, and gut into account.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
A passionate-driven mentor here to spread awareness on Mental Health and mindfulness after dealing with grief, heartbreaks, and mental breakdowns. She aims to grace your life with positivity. Her books are described as “guides you don’t see every day but are like a conversation with a friend”.
Since losing her best friend at 21, she has honed her ability to lead with love. As a writer, well-being coach, yoga instructor, and kindergarten teacher, Grace believes we all have the power to lead a happy and healthy life. Her mission is to show people it is OK not to feel OK; emotional intelligence and healing can lead the way.
Her non-fiction books include humorous and humble accounts of Grace’s spiritual journey to show that reality is always going to hit, but you can get through it. She connects with the reader in an encouraging and lighthearted way through a steady flow of engaging content, including practical exercises, food for thought, prompts, and REAL advice.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Sure! There are so many. No matter what setback has happened in my life, I get back up and return to my deep mission to write my story to help others hone their ability to enjoy life in the now.
I suffered psychosis in Berlin in 2020. Pandemic, being alone, splitting from my ex, my parents splitting, my world was breaking. I carried on, though, and as a self-employed yoga teacher, I was teaching daily online. This was the near-death of me. I forgot to fill my own cup. Now I rest, I relax, and don’t stress, but work from a place of trust and faith.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I started on Instagram in 2020, moving to Berlin. I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I was sharing my tips on a present and holistic lifestyle to help others lead a healthy and happy life. It has been a journey. These days, I am not so active on there, but on Substack, where I write with soulful intentions and build my newsletter for those ready to break through and no more be broken.
Instagram was also toxic for me: I compared myself a lot, so I had to become more disciplined with the time I was spending on it and HOW. I would love to share this story for content creators out there and the lesson to NOT compare yourself but stay focused on your path, your mission.
