Aliyah, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

Sincerely Her Scrubs is owned and operated by Aliyah Hayward. I came up with the idea of providing scrubs to Healthcare Professionals because I am one of them. I understand what it’s like working long shifts and the importance of being comfortable while doing so. With me being very aesthetic looking good is a necessity. Sincerely Her Scrubs are comfortable, stylish, and authentic scrubs.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I got into Healthcare years ago as it is my passion and duty to help others. I also have other businesses as well and I know what it takes to start from scratch and do all of the groundwork. There is a lot of things people don’t see of what it really takes to not only start a business but to have a thriving business. With Sincerely Her Scrubs being a new business for me it is not my first rodeo. My business sets apart from a lot of other scrub companies due to it being unique with a different style of scrubs.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

What helped me best build my reputation in my market is that I am a known person with a good reputation and a known background of success. With Sincerely Her Scrubs being a clothing company that provides scrubs. They are specifically designed for Healthcare professionals so by me working in the medical field and carrying myself the way that I do and always being very aesthetic that has helped build customers that also want to be very aesthetic and comfortable while working in the medical field.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

There are quite a few stories that I could tell that illustrates my resilience but just being the person that I am and going through certain things in life has made me the strong and intelligent woman that I am. When life throws you curve balls or you are presented with obstacles you have to be able to navigate through or get passed obstacles that maybe temporarily in the way.
