The Story Behind JD Marketers
In May 2021, a casual introduction turned into the spark of something truly transformative. I met Jenil through my brother Keval, and what began as a simple connection quickly evolved into a deep friendship. We shared more than just interests—we shared vision, curiosity, and the urge to build something of our own.
One day, Jenil mentioned he was planning to get into digital marketing. The passion in his voice was unmistakable. That single conversation stirred something in me I was inspired to follow that instinct. A few weeks later, I enrolled in a digital marketing crash course to dive into the world that was rapidly shaping the future.
Neither of us had formal experience in the field. But we didn’t let that stop us.
Driven by ambition and a deep belief in our potential, we decided to take a leap of faith. That’s how JD Marketers was born an independent agency focused on digital marketing and talent management. No fancy office, no big budget, just two driven minds, two laptops, and an idea that we couldn’t shake off.
What set JD Marketers apart from the start was our human-first approach. We weren’t just running ads or managing posts. We were helping artists, influencers, and creators build real digital identities, tell their stories, and connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
In just a few months, we began working with some amazing talents. We had the privilege of collaborating with notable names like Toshi Sabri, Chinky Jaiswal, Shaarib Sabri, Dhrutesh Jadhav, and many more. These weren’t just clients—they became partners in growth. We handled everything from social media management, campaign strategy, and brand building to music promotions and influencer marketing.
For three years, JD Marketers thrived. We carved our niche in a competitive industry through creativity, consistency, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. Our campaigns delivered authentic engagement and helped clients amplify their digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Why did we believe this would work? Because we saw a clear need.
Influencers had the talent, but many lacked strategic direction. Brands wanted creator partnerships but didn’t know how to do it without losing authenticity. We became the bridge—offering a unique, collaborative, and transparent approach that felt personal, not transactional.
What excited us the most wasn’t just the growth metrics or campaign wins—it was watching someone’s music gain traction, helping an influencer land a brand deal, or seeing a campaign resonate emotionally with its audience. We weren’t just marketers. We were storytellers, brand builders, and creative partners.
JD Marketers was built on instinct, passion, and the belief that if you bring people together with purpose, the results will follow. We didn’t start with a perfect plan. But we started with heart—and that made all the difference.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I come from a technical background, having earned my degree in Computer Science, and for a long time, I imagined my career would follow a conventional path in tech. But everything changed in May 2021, when I met Jenil Mehta, a friend introduced to me by my brother Keval. During one of our many conversations, Jenil shared his interest in digital marketing. Something about that conversation struck a chord in me—it was passionate, forward-looking, and filled with creative possibility. Inspired, I decided to explore the field myself, eventually enrolling in a digital marketing crash course. We were both complete newcomers to the industry, but we were driven by curiosity and a desire to build something of our own. That’s how JD Marketers was born—out of instinct, ambition, and a shared dream. With no prior agency experience, no investors, and no roadmap, we launched a digital marketing and talent management firm from scratch. Our mission was simple but powerful: to help artists, creators, and brands build meaningful digital identities and thrive online. Over time, our work began gaining traction. We had the opportunity to collaborate with respected artists and influencers such as Toshi Sabri, Shaarib Sabri, Chinky Jaiswal, Dhrutesh Jadhav, and many more. We offered them a range of services—from social media management and brand storytelling to influencer marketing, campaign strategy, and music promotion. But what truly set us apart was our people-first, customized approach. At JD Marketers, we believe that every client has a unique voice and story that deserves to be heard in its most authentic form. We don’t believe in generic templates or shallow growth hacks—instead, we focus on building real relationships, thoughtful strategies, and long-term value. I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, of the impact we’ve had, and of the trust we’ve earned from clients who now see us not just as marketers, but as creative partners. JD Marketers was never just a business venture—it’s a reflection of who we are: passionate, agile, and deeply committed to helping others grow. For anyone with a message, a talent, or a dream to share with the world, we’re here to help you not just reach your audience—but move them.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
What truly helped us build our reputation in the market was a combination of consistency, personal connection, and a results-driven approach. In the early days of JD Marketers, we focused less on flashy promotions and more on creating real value for our clients. We were hands-on, responsive, and deeply invested in every campaign—no matter how small. Word started to spread organically. Our breakthrough moment came when we were introduced to Toshi Sabri and Shaarib Sabri, two incredibly talented and respected names in the music industry. It wasn’t through cold outreach—it was through referrals and trust. Someone who had seen our work recommended us, and after a few conversations where we shared our vision and strategy, they decided to give us a chance. What sealed the deal was our understanding of their brand, our customized promotion plan, and our transparent communication. We didn’t approach them with a standard pitch—we showed them that we were ready to elevate their digital presence with precision and care. From there, the results spoke for themselves. The success of those collaborations further established our credibility, and soon, more artists and influencers began approaching us through referrals. Our growth has always been fueled by relationships, reliability, and a commitment to helping every client shine in their own authentic way.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
At JD Marketers, the two most powerful sources of new clients have consistently been cold messaging and word of mouth. In the beginning, we didn’t have a large network or big marketing budgets—so we leaned into strategy, personalization, and hustle. We spent hours researching potential clients, crafting tailored cold messages that spoke directly to their needs, passions, and goals. Our messages weren’t copy-paste scripts—they were human, respectful, and value-driven. This approach helped us secure some of our earliest clients, proving that when you lead with authenticity and clear solutions, even a cold message can open the right doors. Alongside that, as we began delivering results and building strong relationships, our reputation started to grow naturally. Clients we had worked with—many of whom were deeply impressed by our hands-on support and strategic thinking—began referring us to others in their circles. That’s how we connected with respected artists like Toshi Sabri and Shaarib Sabri—through trusted recommendations and proven outcomes. Word of mouth brought us credibility, while cold messaging allowed us to expand proactively. Together, they created a powerful foundation for our growth.
