Success depends on how you define it, but to me, it takes a mix of:

I’m a licensed esthetician and the proud owner of a small spa, RejuveSpa, dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while also providing a relaxing escape from their busy lives. My journey into the beauty and wellness industry began with a deep passion for skincare and self-care. I’ve always been fascinated by how the right treatments and products can transform not only the skin but also a person’s confidence and well-being.
At my spa, I offer a range of customized skincare treatments, including facials, dermaplaning, and other advanced services tailored to each client’s unique needs. I also focus on a holistic approach, educating my clients about the importance of a consistent routine and using quality products that truly make a difference.
What sets me apart is my personalized approach—every client is treated as an individual, not just a number. I take the time to understand their concerns, goals, and lifestyle, creating a skincare plan that works for them. I also prioritize education, making sure my clients leave each appointment with a better understanding of how to care for their skin at home.
One of the things I’m most proud of is the trust and relationships I’ve built with my clients. Seeing their confidence grow as their skin improves is the most rewarding part of my work. My goal is to create a space where self-care is a priority, and where people feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Word of mouth has been the most powerful way to grow my clientele because personal recommendations build trust in a way that no advertisement can. When a client has a great experience at my spa and sees real results, they naturally want to share it with their friends, family, and even on social media. This kind of referral carries so much weight because it comes from someone they already trust.
Can you talk to us about how you funded your business?
Starting my own business was a dream I worked hard to achieve. I knew that building a business takes not just passion but also financial responsibility, so I made it a priority to save money by working hard, staying disciplined, and making smart financial choices. I started buying items little by little until I had most of what I needed to begin.
